My fear was so great that I was actually in tears during the call. I attended my first appointment physically shaking but had no cause to worry. My first steps inside the reception completely changed my opinion. Every member of staff are very polite, friendly and helpful. Mr Duran is amazing, he calmed my extensive nerves and during every consultation, he asks if I feel ok with what is being done and stops whenever I need to take a break. I can't recommend them highly enough
I have just returned from my six monthly appointment with Giles Saxon. I cannot speak highly enough of the professional way that he deals with his patients and the excellent service that he provides. He is well supported by his long standing assistant Angela and as a bonus he has obtained the services of a hygienist who although relatively young provided the best service I have ever experienced by a hygienist at a Dentist's practice. I can recommend this practice to anybody in need of a Dentist.

I have been a patient at this practice for the past 13years, and have always found the whole team to be very professional whilst at the same time putting the patient at ease. During these worrying times of the pandemic, I have felt totally confident that the practice has done everything possible to ensure the safety of patients and staff and would have no hesitation in encouraging anyone to attend when necessary.
