Dr. Alkan performed a thorough examination on both my partner and myself as Honor was dictating notes. He explained every aspect and detailed steps of the treatment plan. Honor was very upfront and gave us a complete breakdown of the work needed and the costs. He asked us what our expectations were, which no other dental office did. And, most importantly, “he did not try to sell us on their service” This office is extremely professional. Every employee interaction was excellent and all of our expectations were exceeded. It was indeed impeccable service from our initial consultation to the final visit. VIP service throughout including door-to-door transfers, A-Dent could not have been nicer or more accommodating to us. I had many treatments: tooth extractions and implant placement at the same time, everything went according to plan without any complications. I had before and after x-rays and photos taken.
