I arrived at the clinic nervous and unhappy with a crooked smile that had been part of my life for 30 years plus. From first meeting my host Muhlis everything was explained and no question was too daft or too much trouble. The hotel arrangements done for me and I couldn't have asked for a better location with just a short drive to the clinic on the days my treatment was needed. The drivers were always prompt and made sure I got to my appointments. The whole team at the clinic put my mind at ease, from the girls behind reception and the various dental assistants who were at times genuinely worried about me. Finally the dentists, Dr Binnur and Dr Cemre, both worked with me even though at times I was petrified. By the end of my time there I was joining in with the music and trying out my Turkish phrases that I had learned. I had 8 crowns in the upper, 4 in the lower along with 4 root canals. I got the smile that I wanted and needed. It is an experience I will never forget and hopefully my confidence grows as wide as the new smile across my face!
