Great experience.

A dentist I would recommend to a friend. Went for a root canal and crown and came away delighted with the results that I even got a teeth whitening. Again very happy with the overall service and results. An excellent dentist. Speaking in English is not a problem. Prompt, efficient, friendly and professional.

I suffered for many years with dental problems, but when I met Dr Javier, my life has changed. I can tell you the whole story please don't hesitate to ask for details on my experience. I have good confidence in this clinic - a great team.

My initial intention was to find the best possible Dentist that would be able to perform extensive work at a reasonable price. After having everything done at the Bordon Clinic I am ready to attest that the quality of dental work I had done would warrant much higher prices!

I had a near full mouth restoration including extractions, sinus floor lift surgery, several implants and porcelain crowns. Due to the complexity of work all procedures were done over time on 3 separate visits. Being a physician, I can greatly appreciate the meticulous technique, attention to the details and enormous patience of Dr Javier de la Cruz. One of the treatment session was nearly 7 hrs long and yet, from the beginning to the end, all was done with the same precision and attentiveness. All the sessions were comfortable and performed under very effective local anaesthesia.

Undergoing numerous previous dental treatments in my own country the level of my apprehension was, understandably, quite substantial prior to my first appointment at the Bordon Clinic. To my greatest surprise the experience at the clinic was so remarkably positive that, for the very first time in my life, I was looking forward to each visit! Dr Javier de la Cruz, his wonderful nurse and the entire staff performed at unknown to me previously a combination of professionalism, patience, kindness. Their work was very well planned and executed in every detail. More surprisingly, every single session, regardless of its complexity, was completed only when the anticipated goal was achieved to Dr. de la Cruz' satisfaction without imposed time restriction.

At this point, after completing all of the planned treatments, I am extremely happy with the results. I can not imagine having any further dental work, if ever necessary, to be done anywhere else! "

After months of research, I had decided to contact the Bordon Clinic in Madrid. The initial exchange of emails brought clear suggestions regarding my treatment options. All my questions were answered very promptly by Dr Javier de la Cruz in a professional manner; at no point, I felt our online conversation was a business transaction. For mostly logistic reasons my first and the most important appointment was just 3 hours after my arrival from the US. The treatment details were re-discussed and after diagnostic images were completed I underwent the surgery.

Being a physician I couldn't avoid to be attuned to every step, every sound and every move. The most impressive elements of my surgery were Dr Javier de la Cruz's attention to my comfort and his very confident technique. The entire procedure was completed in just about two hours included; implants, extractions and bone grafting.

I expected the following 24-48 hours to be quite miserable with bleeding, swelling and would require an aggressive pain control. I am happy to report that as of today, the day number 4 after the surgery and I took only one single dose of ibuprofen for a headache! That is truly remarkable!

In 3 days I have my second appointment at Bordon Clinic. I am surprising myself by saying. I am looking forward to it!

My assessment would not be full without mentioning Dr Cruz's assistant who made my treatment very comfortable. The entire staff is very pleasant and professional.

We chose this clinic after seeing the great online recommendations, and also because the dentist speaks English. Both my husband and I are receiving treatment here and we’re very happy with the service. I was satisfied with my hygienist session, but the price surprised me a bit. They were actually more expensive than both the UK and Dubai.

The staff and facilities are excellent. They gave me the price at the appointment and I didn’t need any follow-ups. As I’ve said, it wasn’t cheap at all, but the results are good.

I had my fillings done at Bordon Clinic because of their great online reviews. We discussed the price at the consultation, and I think they gave me a good deal for the quality work that was done.

The place left a good impression on me. The customer service was brilliant and everyone could communicate well in English. I arranged my follow-up visit directly with the clinic. Everything worked out fine.

I'm from the United States and I live in France, when I needed to get my crown replaced I started to do some research and discovered the cost of my treatment would be roughly 3 times the price in France as it is in Spain, so I decided to get it done in Spain whilst away on a business trip.

Upon arriving at the clinic I felt it was very nice, clean and easy to find. The receptionists didn't speak English, but the doctor was fully bilingual and this really made my visit much easier, it was a deciding factor in choosing to come here. I was very comfortable with the doctor and you could tell they were experienced.

I needed a crown replaced, in my first session I had a consultation and the details of my new porcelain crown was sent off to the lab to be made. I'm going back tomorrow, 3 weeks later to get the crown fitted.

I had a similar treatment in the US, the doctor here used the same techniques and was of a similar experience, so I knew it was going to be a good experience, which it was.

The treatment itself was good value, 3 times less than french prices. I was quoted a price by the clinic in an email following a detailed explanation of my problem and this was the same price I was charged following my treatment.

I arrived in Madrid after a 23 hour flight from New Zealand with raging toothache and a serious infection at the root of my largest molar. After consulting my dentist in New Zealand via email I suspected a crack in the root of the tooth, potentially quite serious. Root canal work - at the very least - seemed to be indicated.

I discovered the Bourdon Clinic via Google and found my way there on a Monday morning, no appointment. Dr de la Cruz saw me quickly, X-Rayed the tooth, and made a diagnosis. The X Ray showed no cracking but there was a serious infection.

I am on medication following a heart attack last year, which complicated treatment, for instance I have to avoid ibuprofen. Dr de la Cruz was expert. He prescribed effective painkillers and a regime of antibiotics, but decided that a root canal might not in the end be necessary. The medication helped manage the pain whilst the infection responded to the antibiotics. He was quite right, after return to NZ my Dentist confirmed the diagnosis and I did not lose the tooth or need a root canal.

Dr de la Cruz was amazing, He was able to communicate well in english at a sufficient level to understand and explain the complexities of heart medication, to explain the problem so that I understood easily, to deal with the pain and resolve the problem. He was kind and helpful, and he saw me quickly with no notice. He was very well qualified and expert. He even emailed the X- ray to me and my dentist in NZ for follow up.

I have both lived in New Zealand and in England for many years with fifty years experience of dentists in both countries, private and NHS, for me and for my children The service, expertise, kindness and responsiveness I received at the Bourdon Clinic was the best ever. The cost? about 60 euros - amazing. I am seriously thinking about returning to Madrid whenever I need dental treatment!

I needed to have one of my wishdom teeth removed and 4 implants fitted. The extraction was a very complex surgery and it ran smooth, all went excelent!

The quality of the professionals is outstanding, they are competent, very kind and reasonable. They gave me very good advice and help me to plan the treatment. The results are excelent! I'm so pleased with the treatment and the clinic staff! I would recommend it without doubts

I had an Onlay fitted to repair the hole where I had had a temporary filling. The impressions made for the technician were done swiftly. I returned the following week to have the onlay fitted and that was it. Painless, quick and with minimal discomfort post treatment. I have no hesitation in recommending Bordon Clinic. I was initially very nervous about the pain factor and also as I had heard some stories which put dentists in a bad light. Not the case at Bordon Clinic. They are very caring, professional, expert and excellent value.

It was when I broke my temporary filling that I had to find a dentist here in Madrid. Bordon Clinic came highly recomended on this website so I contacted them. They responded and offered me an appointment for the next day. When I went, Dr De La Cruz assessed the damage and suggested the best way to treat it. He speaks English as well so there was no misunderstandings. I felt safe and relaxed and confident that all would be well. I am continuing with other treatments and no longer feel nervous of visiting the dentist.

My mouth was a complete mess, and I made the decision to replace everything. I visited eight different clinics in Madrid before deciding on the Bordon Clinic. From the start, Javier has been excellent. There are inevitably some issues with such extensive treatment, and when these happened, he dealt with them expertly. The results are fantastic.

My criteria included good English language, and I needed a dentist who explained everything in great detail. Javier and his team have good English and all are very professional, but also friendly and personable. Price was not a factor (I saw a number of cheaper alternatives), but the Bordon Clinic represents excellent value for money.

So nice, knowledgeable, and painless. Had a cleaning and chipped tooth fixed. Love this dentist! I came here on holiday and wish he were my regular dentist. Very accommodating to my travel schedule. Personable staff and painless treatment.

Love the clinic. Convenient hours. Affordable prices. Staff works in English and Spanish. Would definitely come here again. Easy to find. Late night hours. Clean and friendly atmosphere. There is nothing to improve.

So, I wanted to see the dentist because of prolonged headache, which, as I suspected, was caused by my wisdom teeth. However, the pain was diagnosed as a result of swollen jaw muscle caused by jaw clenching. After the prescribed treatment, the pain disappeared.

I would describe my experience with Bordon Clinic as excellent. The only minor problem was with the reception desk and technical staff that did not speak English (for me not a problem, but can imagine it might be inconvenient for some of the people). The professional staff, though, spoke English perfectly.
