I just got back from my first visit with Dr. Cabrera. In my opinion, he is a wonderful Dentist. Very professional and so very kind. I had two bridges, deep cleaning, dental bleaching, and had 6 old dental amalgams redone in two days. I couldn't be happier with all the work done.

Also with all the Covid-19 drama, I was a little hesitant but when I got there I found a very sterile office. Dr. Cabrera went far and beyond to maintain the office sanitized.

I would definitely recomend His practice to everyone I know, hopefully, will be back soon with my family.

My teeth were so bad! At 60 I needed help! I found Dr Ceasar on the internet and after some discussion, over the phone, I was on my way from North Dakota to Mexico! Within one week Dr Ceasar made 11 crowns. 7 root canals, pulled several teeth and made a part for me! I could finally smile again! This is the best Dentist I have ever been too! Changed my life! We have been coming to south Texas for 7 years and have been clients of Dr. Cabrera's during this time. He is the most gentle dentist we have ever been to - never hurts you - even when he has to numb your mouth. He is a perfectionist and you will not leave his office until the work is up to his and your standards.

Extractions & Dentures

Highest rating possible on all effort and skill. Patient and kind, methodical and extremely professional. In spite of extractions, had no pain during or after. Dr. Cabrera is my hero.

I had my whole mouth done with new crowns and a bridge as well as a partial. The cost was so much less than my dentist here in the states would have charged. Dr. Cabrera was so kind and patient with me as I'm the biggest scardy-cat there is. He worked long hours to fit into my vacation schedule and worked very closely with the lab who creates the crowns. My teeth look very natural and are super, super comfortable. I highly recommend him and his staff. The money I saved on my dental work paid for my airfare and hotel fees as well as some shopping!

Appointment was 11/2010. The experience which my mother and I had at Cesar General Dentistry was awesome! We both needed multiple procedures ranging from simple fillings and whitening to root canals, bridges, crowns and partials. We both agree that we have never experienced such gentle dental work!!! Dr. Cesar Cabrera and his wife Cristina are the best! They are so nice, courteous and professional. Dr. Cesar loves what he does and is very precise with great attention to detail! We both left with a terrific new smile and no pain!!! His root canal specialist was incredible and painless! The prices are very reasonable, too!!!

Can't say enough Dr. Cesar is the best! My smile is perfect very natural I always had a space between my front two teeth he even put that into my new smile just a little closer!
