Hi I’m Alan (originally Scottish) but I have lived in Melbourne, Australia for over 30 years. I found out I needed a dental implant about 5 years ago and was quoted some very expensive pricing in Australia. I knew about the high standard of Healthcare in Malaysia and reasonable pricing and I found Utama Dental centre via some research and reading very positive reviews. The customer service at Utama were very responsive and easy to deal with and arrange the implant appointments. My experience at Utama has been very positive. It is a top-notch facility with helpful/friendly staff. Dr Ahmad, the implant specialist, who is American-trained, is great at explaining the implant process and absolutely meticulous in his approach and carrying out the procedure. The post operation care was also excellent. I have no hesitation in recommending Utama Dental Centre at about a 3rd of the cost of Australia and we’re still well ahead after the travel and holidays in Malaysia which we absolutely love. In fact, I’ve just returned again with my wife who needs an implant and for some other dental work for myself and a couple of friends. The cheap flights are back and I would suggest to any fellow Aussies that getting an implant at Utama is definitely worth considering. I certainly have had a very good experience.
I came from Canada for a tooth implant treatment, the reason I chose this place was this doctor responded and explained everything cost and duration, it’s worth every penny. I have read negative things about tooth implants in foreign countries swollen face, antibiotics and pain (YouTube) I didn’t take a single painkiller. Same day I arrived treatment started on Sunday second appointment on Thursday it was done. Friendly staff, I am 70 if I could handle anyone can.
I have a great and smooth experience here during my scaling and polishing. The staff was friendly, helpful and very informative. Chanced upon this clinic while searching for a reputable and established dental clinic in Malaysia. I contacted the admin who replied to me very promptly and thorough in his explanation, including the time I needed to spend and cost. It was a smooth journey with my teeth fixed on time. I did several implants and veneer with Lau Dental Clinic and the result was excellent. I highly recommend this clinic to those who wish to schedule a dental visit to Malaysia like me.
