I knew about the high standard of Healthcare in Malaysia and reasonable pricing and I found Utama Dental centre via some research and reading very positive reviews. The customer service at Utama were very responsive and easy to deal with and arrange the implant appointments. My experience at Utama has been very positive. It is a top-notch facility with helpful/friendly staff. Dr Ahmad, the implant specialist, who is American-trained, is great at explaining the implant process and absolutely meticulous in his approach and carrying out the procedure. The post operation care was also excellent. I have no hesitation in recommending Utama Dental Centre at about a 3rd of the cost of Australia and we’re still well ahead after the travel and holidays in Malaysia which we absolutely love. In fact, I’ve just returned again with my wife who needs an implant and for some other dental work for myself and a couple of friends. The cheap flights are back and I would suggest to any fellow Aussies that getting an implant at Utama is definitely worth considering. I certainly have had a very good experience.
