Hi I’m Alan (originally Scottish) but I have lived in Melbourne, Australia for over 30 years. I found out I needed a dental implant about 5 years ago and was quoted some very expensive pricing in Australia. I knew about the high standard of Healthcare in Malaysia and reasonable pricing and I found Utama Dental centre via some research and reading very positive reviews. The customer service at Utama were very responsive and easy to deal with and arrange the implant appointments. My experience at Utama has been very positive. It is a top-notch facility with helpful/friendly staff. Dr Ahmad, the implant specialist, who is American-trained, is great at explaining the implant process and absolutely meticulous in his approach and carrying out the procedure. The post operation care was also excellent. I have no hesitation in recommending Utama Dental Centre at about a 3rd of the cost of Australia and we’re still well ahead after the travel and holidays in Malaysia which we absolutely love. In fact, I’ve just returned again with my wife who needs an implant and for some other dental work for myself and a couple of friends. The cheap flights are back and I would suggest to any fellow Aussies that getting an implant at Utama is definitely worth considering. I certainly have had a very good experience.

Doctor in this clinic is awesome and I think I got lucky. Dr Cham successfully finished my Root Canal Treatment which is not easy because I have a crown on it although she mentioned earlier the crown might break. Since she said she has done that with quite a number of other patients like this before never fail touch wood.That's why it never fails for me as well always go for experienced doctor like Dr Cham that her gold award qualification and skills does make a difference.

I am visiting my parents in Malaysia and I shared with Dr. Soo that I reside in the US but came to take a second opinion on my dental health. I am super impressed with this young doctor who not only took her time to do clinical studies of my teeth but also wanted to be thorough, sent me for a 3-D imaging. What I found hard to believe is that Dr. Soo charged me only RM30!!! Can you believe that? She is a specialist and she could have taken the opportunity of me living in the US but she DID NOT! Thank you Dr. Soo. I appreciate your integrity very much!
