Dr Sharmistha is an excellent dentist - patient, kind, calm and very professional. I was nervous about attending the dentist when a crown broke (a different dentist's work 20+ years ago) but she explained everything in my first visit and the second visit was not stressful at all. If a tooth has been previously root treated it is often necessary to increase the strength of the tooth by placing a fitting called a ‘post and core’ in the tooth. These posts improve the strength and durability of the restored tooth. It is our policy to use laboratory fabricated white gold posts for the best clinical results. Our dentists will be happy to discuss all of your options with you and provide a written quote before any treatment is carried out.
