Very communicative and attentive service from Gabriel while here in San Jose. Accommodation was very nice and good value. Transported me to and from appointments. Just had implants in a few days ago and so far so good. Dentist seems highly skilled and his assistants were very kind. I got two implants on my lower jaw back teeth. Able to do the implant on the same visit. Be prepared to ice and eat soft foods. I never felt alone, even all the way from Hawaii and I am glad I chose clear choice. Dr. Gadea Ramirez is an exceptionally talented dentist. From my initial consultation and smile analysis, he explained corrective procedures in detail with absolutely no pressure as to what he can do and for how much. I had two implants, three crowns and seven veneers done. My smile wasn't bad to begin with, but now it is amazing. He is an exceptional detail orientated dentist, he wants your teeth to look and feel like perfect teeth. He uses only the best materials available in the USA. His office has the very best and newest dental imaging, x-ray and procedural equipment and his staff are all very friendly and kind. I highly recommend Dr. Gadea to anyone needing or wanting a nice smile or dental surgery completed. I saved so much money over what this would have cost me in the US (and my son is a Dentist !!). Costa Rica is an incredibly beautiful country once you get outside of San Jose. My wife and I spent over two and half weeks and fell in love with the country. We can't wait to go back and we will most likely spend a month there. Pura Vida !!

I went to their clinic in early February. They did a great job an no editing around like most dental clinics. I ended getting a dry sicket which messed my schedule up but they went out of their way to get me back and going. The work was excellent and I highly recommend them. They are professional and accommodating.

Their dental care is first class. They do what they say they will, they answer questions, and the dentists and technicians are capable and competent. They provide transportation. The treatment itself was fairly painless, which is good because I'm a boob. They are patient and always pleasant. I was very pleased and will return.

I can't say enough about these folks. On-time, within budget, excellent service and I have the best teeth I could ever ask for!! The cost was very reasonable, the experience was the best it could be and I am so happy with my new teeth, I just can't stop smiling!!! The process was easy, too. Jumped on a plane, and there was a driver waiting for me at the airport (on a Sunday!) who took me to my hotel. Monday I was in the chair, and by Friday I had fantastic teeth. I had lots of time available to explore Costa Rica. All in all, this was a fantastic process, I would recommend Prisma Dental to any one, even my Mom! :)

From start to finish my experience with Costa Rica Dental Clinic Lab was wonderful! I was in need of a root canal and crown and the cost where I reside in the US was very high. My wife and I did some research and discovered CRDCL. I spoke with Geovanna about my situation and she was able to set appointments with the doctors despite my somewhat constrictive time constraints. I am very happy with all the work done. The root canal was successful and the crown fits perfectly with my other teeth. In addition, I was able to fill another cavity and get a deep cleaning with the hygienist. I love the flexibility and professionalism of all the staff. Everyone was super nice. Including all travel, accomodations and food the total cost came to a third of the price here in the US.

Dr was able to see me right away. Fixed my issue promptly and continued with exceptional service as more visits were required.
