I have recently had a basal cell carcinoma removed from my face and a graft done. (Mr Small had completed a similar procedure on my nose in 2019.) Everything was explained upfront and the procedure carried out at my first visit. His expertise is second to none. In fact, from reception right through to the nursing staff and surgical team, you are made to feel welcome and valued. I was an NHS referral on both occasions, but this made no difference to my treatment, it was first class. My friend and I came to see Mr Waseem Saeed in London. He was extremely professional, courteous and considerate. I wish I had gone to him for my primary rhinoplasty because I wouldn’t have gotten botched. Mr Saeed took the time to study my friend’s operative report unlike another well-known surgeon on Harley Street who charges over £11k for a rhinoplasty and who can’t be bothered to study operative reports. This particular Harley street surgeon actually botched me! I hope Mr Saeed can fix my nose. I recommend you see Mr Saeed. I don’t think you can find a kinder and more professional surgeon. It is obvious he has not chosen a career in plastic surgery purely for money. He does a lot of charity and humanitarian work which I did not know previously. I was so impressed with Mr Saeed that I will be scheduling a consultation to see him myself!

This is truly amazing. I have been wasting thousands on treatment for my deep acne scars. I was recommended to Este by a friend. I was really hesitant as I wasted a lot of money with another clinic like skin destination and private clinics but all took a lot of money off me with no results. Here at Este the price is cheaper and I only have had 1 session where I have seen improvement I have another 7 to go and I am very optimistic. I can't believe I never knew about this place I could have saved a lot of money.
