Well, initially, there was confusion over the appointment time. I agreed one time and then got a confirmation e mail for the day before and late on the night before. So, I rang and got the right day but a different time. The receptionist does not speak English, and all the forms are in Spanish for your medical history, etc. which might be quite daunting, especially if you were having a procedure that required lots of medical info. However, the doctor was very good when I arrived for my appointment; everything was explained in good English, and all details for the costs, duration, outcomes, etc. He gave me many options that I am still considering. It is not cheap, but he was very professional, and I would trust him to get a good result.
