I am from Chennai. I had gyno problem since childhood. I realised and felt uncomfortable once I finished schooling since I cannot wear normal shirts and T-shirts. Even if I wear I felt odd since friends or colleagues who are close sometimes make fun of it. Though they don't mean it, I felt bad. I used to wear two tight baniyans to hide my problem and need to spend an additional 30 min on this whenever I go outside. I had Grade 2 I think. I couldn't hang out with friends since was afraid they will make fun of me. I generally don't go to swimming nor walk straight. Though I know about gyno surgery I was afraid of it. For one month it was little difficult to manage all myself but I did it. After one month I became normal and started slowly to work out.I started wearing tight shirts.
