Her credentials were self-explanatory. Maddi, her medical assistant was exceptional at initially welcoming me and subsequently helping me out of the clinic after my procedure. Nurse Lyne prepared me for and guided me through the procedure while Nurse Audrey was always there for me post-procedure with tips on skin care and advice. The loveliness of this clinic, the personnel, and the perpetual availability of both medical and nursing attention never left me frustrated that I had to deal with anything alone. Fantastic customer service from receptionist. Super kind and effective. Bilingual. Beautiful Clinic setting. Free ample parking close by on street. Dr Hashim was exceptional! I am a pharmacist and I know customer service and this surgeon was a gentleman. I was stunned. I have met terrible physicians who are rude and condescending, so it was a delight to have had such a wonderful consultation. This is a real review of my experience. 10/10. Do not hesitate.
