I am a McTimoney chiropractor who uses gentle and effective techniques to improve the function of the musculoskeletal and nervous systems. Whilst I understand the powerful effects of chiropractic, my other main passion is to empower people with the knowledge that they need to better their own health; whether through exercises, nutrition or lifestyle change. I also enjoy a wide range of interests including squash, fishing and playing guitar and love spending time with family and friends.
After growing up in Devon and becoming interested in science, I decided to go to Bath University and do a BSc in pharmacology. Afterwards however, I realised that drugs were not the only answer in improving health and reducing pain, and I craved being able to help others in a more hands-on manner. I soon embarked in a career in chiropractic which was a calling which suited me down to the ground! After graduating with 1st class honours in a masters of chiropractic and achieving the top mark in my year, I decided to return to the MCC to teach chiropractic techniques. I have also seen many patients as a mobile chiropractor, often treating people with a high level of disability or pain – who need a gentler approach.
