This lady chiropractor is a miracle worker. I have 2 slipped discs in my back and sciatica for 4 years. I was doubled over by the time I had my first appointment after trying physiotherapy which did not help, After a thorough consultation she set to work on my back and within minutes I could stand straight and walk pain-free. Today was the first time here. My brothers and my father do attend here. They also find great relief. I phoned today at 5.20 the man on the phone was very helpful he said he could book me in for tomorrow that there closing at 6 pm. I explained I was in pain and I’m working tomorrow he said ok and booked me in for this evening. I had the acupuncture and cupping and I felt instant relief no pain whatsoever I would highly recommend this fantastic place. Great value and finally no pain.

Had had trauma injuries to my back, neck, shoulder resulting from an RTA in Vietnam. Then being hospitalised for a month in a Vietnam hospital I was still in a bad way after being repatriated. Seeking care from the NHS was not forthcoming, therefore I thought I would give Hands on Health a call on the Ropewalk. A consultation with Joe was arranged. After 2 months of weekly treatment, I can't begin to say how much I've improved. Gaining full use of my arm and now walking with no discomfort. The practice is friendly and professional. I was pleasantly surprised about the costs and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone. Thank you, Joe and the staff at H+H for your continued support and A1 treatment
