I’ve been saying Dr Paul for 3 months now. I had been ill & had a lot of back pain. I had attended a Physio, Osteopath, who were very good, but didn’t really know what was wrong. I came to Health for Life & the Dr thought I may have fractures and osteoporosis. I was sent for an X ray, which confirmed this. I have been receiving very gentle treatment and advice on how to build myself up. I would highly recommend this clinic.

I had frozen shoulder and I couldn't move my hand more than 45 degrees. I've seen Ruth for few weeks and now I can move my hand to 180 degrees. Her treatment was amazingly very good. Thanks Ruth.

Jonathan was recommended to me by my son who had a painful back problem. We had both seen other practitioners in the area but Jonathan is by far the best. We found he quickly identified the issue and speedily addressed the problem. I subsequently had surgery on my ankle, a prolonged period on crutches which left me with general alignment issues and a degree of discomfort which Jonathan addressed in a couple of visits. Jonathan is the 1st person my family and friends look to for rectification of any muscular or skeletal issues.

I have been with her for 6 months now and her treatment on my legs and feet has so much improved, my balance and walking are considerably better and she has given me much more confidence. Back pain, sciatica, neck pain all problem I had. So happy to say that Dr. Nutan is brilliant, solved my all problems. Loved all her exercises for Neck and Sciatica. Would highly recommend her.

Been going for a few years now. Ben is amazing and makes you feel so comfortable with the treatment I need to receive. Always helpful and a lot of advice. Professional but not overbearing an absolute great place for treatment. Rosaleen gives you such a heartfelt welcome when you walk in and is generally interested in you as a person remarkable woman.
