Like to thank Liz for her outstanding work on my neck .For the last two years I have been having treatment with the NHS to try and ease the pain but never actually came away happy with the result. A friend recommended going to a chiropractor I was a bit sceptical but thought I would give it a try to my amazement after a course of treatment. I now find myself pain free. I have been having issues with my lower back for a few months and as it is hard to get into a doctor and then wait for physio, so I decided to have a sports massage. Beth got to the issue and told me what the issue is. As it is an ongoing issue I will need a few treatments. Willing to pay the price to hopefully treat the issue. Special mention to Beth, who puts you at ease and is great at what she does.

I went to see Melanie with a terrible pain in my leg. She is very thorough I had x-rays first to ascertain what exactly was wrong and after several treatments of acupuncture and massages, followed by exercises which Melanie showed me I am now out of pain. I would recommend Melanie to any of my friends without hesitation.

Excellent treatment. Very professional and was given an appointment the same day. After two treatments I was back on the golf course, hopefully, the lower back problem is fixed.

Trevor is absolutely wonderful, he took my detailed medical information. Gave clear information on what each aspect of my issues may be, explained different exercises I could do at home. At each stage of the procedure, Trevor ensured I was comfortable due to medical condition I have and reassured me; he had me. This was my first time at a chiropractor and have already booked for corrective treatment. I shall most definitely be keeping this up for maintainance. Great value. I looked for help because my spine was literary on fire. Needless to say, my body was screaming for help! One evening I decided to walk into the practice. Idea was to have a quick visit and a fix and get on with my life. Well, little did I know, how deeply rooted my pain was and that the pain itself didn't happen overnight, but over many years. After my first consultation I agreed to follow, 'the road to recovery', which was a journey that saw me attending the sessions twice a week for a month and once a week after that. Quite quickly I have noticed that my inner space and quietness was growing, my nervous system seemed to be more at peace and I also noted, that even though, my knee was never directly manipulated and adjusted by the practitioner, the pain simply disappeared. My sleep improved, my digestive system became more awake and active and my neck pain started to melt away. My morning numbness in my hands and fingers has also improved. I started to see Lavinia in December of last year, after the first appointment the numbness in my leg disappeared. I was so thankful as it was starting to really get me down.
