Going to Dr Rakus’ clinic is always a total pleasure. They were brilliant during Covid, practising the most meticulously careful hygiene measures, and I never once worried about exposing myself to risk by visiting the clinic. Now that life is getting back to being busy and normal, the clinic is even more of a sanctuary than ever. I had two sessions of Ultracel earlier this year, and with every passing week, my skin has looked better and better.

I have been to the TOA clinic three times now. Twice for lip filler and most recently, tear trough filler. I cannot recommend it enough. I have been to various places over the years so I feel like I have enough to compare with. Sofia’s consultations are proper and precise. The work will not commence until it is understood exactly what you desire. She also makes great suggestions. The procedures are always painless. I don’t know how she does it, whether it’s a technique or the needle itself or perhaps both. What I’m most pleased about is how long the results last. A warm welcome, followed by fantastic customer service. Made me feel at ease from the commencement of the session and explain to the procedure throughout. Constantly having the opportunity to ask any questions about the procedure. Felt cared for and the after-care information had a feeling of continued customer service.

Helena is delightful, professional and a very caring person. Had microneedling treatment with her. Her prices were more reasonable than West end clinics. Would definitely recommend.
