I have a serious IBD and take special medication to control my condition, as with all medication its side effects cause my exposed skin to be sensitive to daylight. I had a significant number of skin tags which were itching and had become a nuisance. Caroline at The Retreat removed them for me with modern electrolysis equipment over two sessions at a very reasonable cost. The skin tags have gone and my life is so much better. I had sent off several email enquiries to several clinics and I am so pleased that Caroline from The Retreat was the only one who had to courtesy to respond with rather offer of treatment. I am so glad I made an appointment - so grateful for their care and attention. The Clinic was immaculately clean, I was made welcome by the lady on reception and after completion of some paperwork shown to the treatment room, which again was immaculately clean.
Had a mole removed that was very close to left eye, starting to interfere with my peripheral vision. Kate made me feel very welcome and comfortable, and explained everything very well, especially as this was an environment that the majority of men are not used to. I had some anti aging treatment with Sarah at Perfect Symmetry Aesthetics. Sarah is lovely & is a highly qualified nurse as well as an aesthetics professional.
