Extremely efficient and accurate with keeping appointments, always very friendly and accommodating, and nothing really seems too much trouble for her. As a German national, this was something exceptional to experience here. The whole team deserve utmost praise from how the clinic is run and kept clean to how nice they all treat their patients, incl. the very sweet English-speaking nurse and lovely German-speaking female Assistant Plastic Surgeon, I was always made feel like I was at home, not in a clinic. I'm actually sad that I am no longer a patient...but, who knows, in the future I may be in need of a procedure. I will be happy to get treated by them again any time.
