I recently had a procedure through this clinic. I am very impressed with the professionalism of the entire team, both before and after surgery. In particular, the post-surgery care far exceeded my expectations. I can contact the team directly through the line chat app and receive extremely prompt responses both from the doctors as well as the clinic staff. I needed additional care due to dehydration and was seen immediately. I highly recommend the Rattinan Medical Center.

I originally went in for a consult on removing a large mole, IPL, dimpleplasty, and a Thread Lift for my nose bridge. But after speaking with Dr. Tham, it was clear my main concern was pain and after appearances. I ended up getting a sub Q injection for my nose, no dimpleplasty but went for an IPL and mole removal. The overall experience was pretty painless and perhaps the nose turned out the best. (A week later I am still healing so I can’t say how well the other treatments turned out.) My other fear was also to have a doctor sell me treatments I didn’t need or wouldn’t fit me, and It went perfectly fine. The consult was a true consult and I felt more educated on the processes and he addressed all my concerns. If I am in Singapore again, I would go here for treatment! (Also the appointment process was smooth too and the nurses very nice!)

Wonderful experience (treatment for wrinkles, fillers, laser and facial) we'd at the clinic. The nurses were extremely friendly and helpful. They were very informative regarding our enquiries during preliminary messages. A big shout out to Dr Bas for his professionalism(not pushy) and patience when answering our questions/doubts. Last but not least, the pricing is absolutely reasonable. 5 stars service and big value for money. We will definitely go back again in May. Excellent experience with Proderma. I contacted the clinic by email and I got a quick and detailed reply as well as an appointment in a very short time. I had a skin cancer screening, as I had a mole which had been growing lately. The staff who visited me was professional, accurate and extremely nice. I was a bit afraid they would have suggested removing the mole, even if it was not strictly necessary, but they absolutely did not. Last but not least, the price was fair and it seems to me it was also convenient in comparison to those of other clinics that I had contacted earlier for a quote.

I had some skin issues. The doctor and staff were very polite and professional. The doctor is very skilled. I can truly recommend this place. This clinic is equipped with the latest laser technology, everyone speaks very good English. Great results done by an experienced doctor. Great service, very happy with the result.
