Absolutely fantastic. Colette is amazing and an expert at what she does. She is friendly and approachable, explains everything clearly and gives great advice . I have been twice now and in the space of 1 month lost 1.5 stone - by listening to her and following her advice.

I’m very anxious about medical procedures and needles generally and have been prodded around in the past. Colette is brilliant though, she really knows her stuff. She was able to access the port quickly and painlessly. The whole thing took seconds.
I would completely recommend her services and will be using them again. Worth every penny!

Absolutely over the moon with the service Colette provided for me today! So professional and understanding. I was so desperate to get some fluid taken out of my gastric band and she got me in straight away and all my problems are gone! Could not be happier thank god I found you!

All I can say is this lady is an angel. I'm a veteran lap bandee with 8 years under my belt. My band has been fine for a while then the last 7 weeks unable to keep food, drink, medication or even at times my own saliva. I rapidly lost weight and was at my witts end. I contacted Colette who was swift in her reply and within a couple of hours, I had an appointment to see her.

At the clinic they always struggled to get to my port, however, Colette was in and out in seconds, followed by exercises to ensure the fluid and port were okay. She offered dietary advice also and was just all-around brilliant, I can't praise her enough. I'm now sitting here happily drinking my water with no issue. I will definitely be going back to see Colette when I'm ready to have my band adjustment in the future. Thanks again.

Collette has been my angel today. After getting a piece of beef stuck in my band and not being able to get any fluids down at all in over 24 hours I contacted Collette who was recommended by a friend. I explained I was feeling poorly, losing weight dangerously quickly and shaking from dehydration and she had me in clinic within a few hours. In-person she’s so so lovely and informative!! She gave me a pain-free defill after very quickly finding my port and oh the relief!! My health was deteriorating fast and I honestly think I’d of been in hospital by tomorrow if she hadn’t worked her magic.

I have a difficult port to access and usually end up sore from multiple attempts but Collette found it really easy and it was totally painless. Will be definitely using this clinic again. Very happy.

I have had an adjustment this morning, I can’t believe how professional Colette is. I have had a lot of problems in the past, not finding the port and very uncomfortable. Banded in 2015. Used Colette's service for both a band until 2019 and band re-fill Aug20. Professional & friendly. Painless and so quick! Couldn't believe how quick she found my port. Verbal advice given and also given a diet sheet with advice. Highly recommend

Colette is amazing! I have had so many problems in trying to have band fills in the past on every level. But from start to finish Colette gave me a great experience. First, I called after finding her from a google search. I was rambling about my troubles with practitioners not being able to access my port easily and she reassured me she wouldn't have any trouble and if necessary she could get me an x-ray at a good price. Then she booked me an appointment for the next day! I was glad but was still nervous she wouldn't be able to access my port as I had actually been told by a surgeon before that it had flipped (it obviously hadn't)! And doctors have even struggled to access it under fluoro-guided x-ray.

Well, I got in to see Colette and she literally accessed my port immediately! Like it was nothing. I was absolutely shocked and thrilled. She gave me the fill I needed which was so relieving. She also talked me through the correct foods to be eating and gave me a handout to take home before my fill. She also seemed genuinely interested in knowing my progress and reassured me that she was always available if I needed her. The office was bright and clean and not intimidating at all.

Honestly, a perfect experience. Highly recommended.

The service has been 5*. I had an appointment within 24 hours. There was no waiting time and Colette was excellent. I was talked through the whole proceeding and felt very comfortable in the hands of such a professional.

I can not Thank Colette enough for today. I have been struggling for weeks with my band, having many stuck episodes and some days not being able to keep liquids down. Today was the last straw for me I was out having a family meal and spent most my time in the toilet. A friend recommended Colette and within an hour Colette was at my house giving me lots of advice and a defile which was very much needed.

Colette was very professional and made me feel at ease. I feel so much better and look forward to reaching my target weight. I love my band and so far lost 8 stones, with the help and advice from colette today I feel like I am not alone anymore and can reach out for support.
