I had my gastric sleeve on Saturday with doctor Ali, the whole experience was amazing. I’m not going to lie I was very nervous and anxious at the start but the nurses helped to put my mind at ease. Everyone has been amazing & I’m glad that I chose this clinic.

I had my gastric sleeve surgery exactly 1 month ago. I am very satisfied with the clinic and especially with Dr. Barış and my coordinator Ömer. I was well-informed about everything. I felt very safe during my stay in the clinic with the team’s professional manner. Dr. Barış was very friendly and the clinic was very clean and modern. There is a family atmosphere and you feel very well cared for! Can't thank them enough.

Nice staff smooth arrival. Luxery taxi from airport to the hospital. Blood tests at the same day/night. Very comfortable suite room. Careful and nice nurses. The surgery next day. Ghe surgery went smooth. The doctors are professional and take good care of their patient. They pay attention to the details of your sympyoms an past history. The surgery went smooth without any complications. The surgeon is always available to answer all your questions. The translator is a very nice warm hearted young lady. Her name is Almira. Soecial thank to her and to yhe sweet nurses. She is available anytime and always available at the phone. She cares alot about the patients. Third day of surgery, the same luxery taxi takes you to the airport. You get all the medicines you need for 1 to 3 months with you from the hodpital before leaving. 100% I would wholeheartedly recommend Novomed. I had my surgery on 4th sept. although I had done my research there was still A little apprehension due to not knowing how I’d feel going to Turkey and having the operation done,what to actually expect etc. right from when I stepped off the plane in Istanbul, everything was fantastic. Taxi was there, hotel was ready and the room was lovely. In the hospital the dietitian’s, nurses , surgeon were informative, nothing was too much trouble. I felt comfortable at every stage. It happened exactly how it was explained to me. The updates that my fiancé was receiving(Thankyou Melissa) from when I was going down to my operation,through my recovery from the general anaesthetic, when I couldn’t message her, were brilliant and kept her happy too. I am now home and nearly 2 weeks post op and they continue to support me with meal plans, what to expect going forward etc. The aftercare is fantastic. I had a deep face and neck lift and upper blepharoplasty with Dr. Soner in October 2023, and it's been a game-changer for me. For over 19 years, I felt very self-conscious about my neck and side profile, after a hurtful comment from a so-called friend. Then, over time, as I gained and lost weight, and got older - it got even worse. I'd avoid having my picture taken and constantly tried to hide my neck with my hand or anything I could find. I even dreaded my husband seeing me from that angle after 36 years together!
