People at Novus Clinic have exceeded my expectations with professional service and a friendly atmosphere. I have had a whole set of 28 crowns done and they look better than I have expected. I got my teeth done here and it was great!! The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the facilities so I had no worries it that department. I definitely recommend for anyone looking to get any of the procedures done. You’ll be in very good hands.

I first went to Izmir to have veneers fitted in 2007 and they lasted me until this year (2022) when the ageing process of shrinking gums etc dictated it was time to renew them. The dentist I saw in 2007 was not available, so I did some research and found West Dent Dental Clinic. I contacted their practice and had many WhatsApp chats with their staff who were always ready to answer any queries I had. I was researching three potential clinics, but chose West Dent based on feedback and price. I arrived in Izmir, using Turkish Airlines, late evening and was met by Cavit, who was my driver and point of contact for the duration of my stay. I attended the busy practice the next day (chauffeured by Cavit) and met the lovely English interpreter and the equally lovely and knowledgeable young lady dentist- unfortunately I do not know their names, but the dentist who treated me was named ‘Spring’ as an English translation. She quickly and efficiently removed my old veneers (I had the front six replaced). The operation was not painful, but was a bit uncomfortable. I was repeatedly offered anaesthetic if I felt I needed it. Once the old veneers were removed, my teeth were cleaned and impressions taken for the technician to work to. My veneers are porcelain. I went back two days later for a fitting. I had arranged to stay In Izmir for ten days so I could have a short break as well as dental treatment. When my new veneers were fitted I felt they were too large and before I could say anything, the dentist removed them from my mouth and immediately said she was not happy with them. She then took new impressions for a further set of veneers to be made. There was no fuss or drama, she wasn’t prepared to accept what, she considered to be, not good enough. As I said, I had 10 days in Izmir, so I had plenty of time to wait for the replacements. When the new veneers arrived they were a perfect fit, but very straight. I have an unusually large overbite and wanted them slightly shorter and slightly uneven. This the dentist achieved for me once they were cemented in. All my experiences at West Dent Clinic were positive. The staff were happy and obliging, nothing was too much trouble - would I recommend them? Yes, I definitely would. Some advice I would give is that if you are coming to West Dent for treatment, you should be prepared to be flexible with your appointment times. This is a busy dental practice subject to the dental needs and emergencies of their local patients. I had my appointment time changed a few times, but I was given plenty of notice and, as I was being collected, it made no difference to me. Once again, I would thoroughly recommend the staff and treatment I received at West Dent Clinic. Thank you lovely team-I think about you every time I smile.With kindest regards to you all.

I flew to Turkey last week from Spain after having a recommendation for this clinic. 1 week after havent had any issue and my Hollywood Smile is now a reality. I don't have enough words to describe how good my experience was. They helped with my acomodation, flight, transport etc so didnt have to worry about anything but what to do in my time off in the beautiful Istanbul. I had lots of problems with my teeth all of my life. This year I decided to get this done. After lots of research online I decided to go to Turkey, mostly due to excellent reviews and very good prices. I contacted loads of clinics online and I must say that DentaPoint was by far the most friendly and responsive one. Everything was crystal clear from the beginning. Once I stepped into the clinic all my fears and doubts just disappeared. All the staff from the clinic were amazing. The treatment was even better. I had rhinoplasty, liplift, fat transfer and buccal fat removal procedures done last week with doctor Gorkem Atsal. He is Amazing. Doctor Gorkem Atsal is one of the best doctors I have ever met. He is very professional, kind, caring, and most importantly he is an artist, he is very passionate about he is work, he is a perfectionist and yet very realistic with what is best for your face. I very highly recommended doctor Atsal. The whole experience was very pleasant from start to finish. His assistant Gulce is so kind and helpful, she was my first point of contact. She arranged everything for me including the first video call which was very successful. When I arrived at the airport, I was picked up ( with my daughter) by a very friendly driver and went straight to the hospital to do all the blood test necessary for the surgery. I Met doctor Gorkem and his assistants face to face. He was very kind, he went through all details about my rhinoplasty and liplift, he also suggested buccal fat removal and fat transfer on my face to achieve a more symmetrical look. He explained the process, the expectations and the achievable results. He was very honest and realistic and I really appreciated that. I was nervous but he was very reassuring and caring. The surgery went very well. My face was swollen and bruised but that was normal. His team were very helpful and responded quickly to my worries. The second day after the surgery I was able to walk around the hotel which was also another great experience, very friendly staff, nice food, and very clean. I was very impressed with the hotel experience too. I flew back to London on day 6 after the cast had been removed and all the necessary checks had been done. It’s only been a week since the surgery and I already feeling and looking better. I had a video call with doctor Gorkem Atsal to check on me and this made me so happy and reassured. During my stay I have met 2 ladies who were very disappointed with their surgeon and I felt so sorry for them, I have already recommended doctor Gorkem Atsal to them as I was extremely pleased with him. Overall, if you are looking for an artist, amazing, professional and kind plastic surgeon, look no further, Doctor Gorkem Atsal is the one. He is also a perfectionist and explains exactly what is achievable and best for you. I would like to say a huge thank you to all his team: Gulce, Enes, Furkan. Seher and Kadir. They all have been amazing. If I want to do any Esthetic procedure in the future I will definitely go back to doctor Gorkem Atsal. I don't think there are enough nice words to describe our experience with Dr. Karabey. From the first call to the follow-up visit he answered all of our questions. He really took the time to communicate each step and option of my husband's implants, he received 6 implants from Dr Karabey and was able to go for breakfast the next morning! I had extensive dental work done at Esnan in Istanbul and my teeth were not in line as well as my bite. I sent photos to lots of dentists and they all told me the same that they were done wrong and needed to be done again. So I went with Cadde dentist and you can imagine I was very apprehensive but all I can say is thank you to all the staff at Cadde they work I had done is perfect and I would gladly recommend them to anybody.
