Did one dental filling and made another appointment for one more and cleaning the next day. All - smashing success. The staff are professional and polite. My dentist Kristi was kind and caring, we ironed out everything needed. The price was considerably lower than in Italy where I currently reside (3 times, to be precise). Dental filling was second grade. Plus at the end you can get a receipt (kind of like a warranty card) that within the next year should any problem with the fillings arise, the teeth will be fixed for free.

I have always feared visiting the dentist , for that reason my teeth are destroyed and I have no smile I could be proud of . Today I had an appointment to have the damaged assessed and make a plan for future treatment . I was treated with consideration and kindness , I felt at ease , the examination was extensive and painless . I had x-rays taken to see what course of action would be best taken and at the end of the examination I had a chat with the dentist and a way forward was planned . My first impressions were good , I am feeling optimistic about the work to be done . I am looking forward to getting my smile back . Now the financial aspect . Todays bill was not cheap , however it was not over expensive . Overall I am very pleased with my experience , my future treatment plan and the final amount payable on completion of my treatment .

Contacted Alexandra, I had broken a tooth, and she arranged a consultation, and carried out the dentistry work needed. She was very professional and caring, and made me feel completely at ease during the whole process, with amazing service. If anyone looking for a dentist then look no further. Regards June

I attended yesterday 12th/10/23 for emergency denture. Alison arranged for it swiftly. Really nice friendly team. Dr Sophie Hellwell was amazing and made me feel comfortable. I was so frightened of dentists that I avoided going for many years. Due to the care and support of the staff here, on a year I have gone from being someone who had to leave the room when anyone mentioned dentists or teeth, to someone who can actually attend appointments. The staff are kind and supportive, right from reception onwards. I’ve never had to wait for my appointment to start, which really helps if you’re nervous. They’re gentle, encouraging and patient. I’m so glad I found this practice.

I am extremely pleased. I was due to present at an international academic conference in Tirana on a Friday afternoon. I broke my front tooth on the Thursday evening on my flight to Tirana from the London. 
Dr. Tarelli saw me at 10.am the next morning and I presented at the conference as planned as if the incident never happened. That’s what I call service excellence! I am a doctor too. D.D.S.
