I attended yesterday 12th/10/23 for emergency denture. Alison arranged for it swiftly. Really nice friendly team. Dr Sophie Hellwell was amazing and made me feel comfortable. I am extremely pleased. I was due to present at an international academic conference in Tirana on a Friday afternoon. I broke my front tooth on the Thursday evening on my flight to Tirana from the London. 
Dr. Tarelli saw me at 10.am the next morning and I presented at the conference as planned as if the incident never happened. That’s what I call service excellence! I am a doctor too. D.D.S. 1 hour before departing Kraków, Poland for Tirana, Albania one of my crowns fell off. I wrapped the crown and brought it with me. While riding in to my hotel from the Tirana airport I asked my driver if he knew a good dentist and then I told him about my dental problem, my crown falling off. He said, "I know a guy." Approximately 30 minutes after arriving Tirana I was sitting in a dental chair at the Klinika Dentare "Vrioni." The staff were very polite, professional, and gracious. They re-cemented the crown back on and when I offered to pay they refused. True hospitality. Thank you.

Very good experience of traveling to Bulgaria for treatment. Dr Karadzhov was very accomodating and flexible, fitting treatment around my holiday. Communication was excellent throughout, including an online consultation to go through the procedures and discuss any concerns. Prices were as quoted and excellent value compared to the UK. Very happy with the result and would recommend and use it again if needed.

Professional dental clinic! I had dental cleaning. The staff and the doctor were very friendly, and helpful, spoke English and made me feel very welcome and looked after. The clinic was absolutely 5 stars in everything: clean, new equipment, professional staff, good quality customer service. I will return, thank you very much!

If you go here, there is a bell to ring rather than just enter the premises. Why the receptionist didn't just open the door when I was trying to get in I do not know. I went for a consultation to see what the best option was for a missing tooth. You pay before you go. The staff were friendly. The dentist is lovely putting me at ease, explaining what he was doing whilst teaching his staff at the same time. Nice manner about him. He then took the time to show me what options were available to me and how much each would cost. The clinic was state of the art, modern with the latest tech to make the job easier. The view was stunning. I would recommend the experience to others.

Literally, THEE best dentists!! I’ve been dealing with one of my teeth for 3 years in the UK and this dental practice was able to fix it in one session. My front tooth was chipped due to the dentist I went to in the UK and I wasn’t confident enough to smile or talk to people because of it. But today they fixed my front tooth and I feel so confident!! Everyone is super friendly and amazing at their job!! I recommend this place to anyone looking for a dentist in CY.
