Hello, I've just returned from Izmir where I had plastic surgery arranged by Medlife. I had my "cupcakes" beautified and all I can say is the whole experience from start to finish was amazing. Everything was well organised and planned...no delays... All the people involved in my procedure did a superb job. They are not enough words in the English language to describe the wonderful care I received at the Healthstore Turkey. I had a gastric sleeve and my gallbladder removed. From the professional coordinators and translators efficient nurses, knowledgeable dieticians and an amazing surgeon !! Looking at my tiny incisions, I can tell you it’s the work of a magician !! I was well looked after in their modern and immaculate hospital. I was treated with kindness, care, professionalism and dignity. I truly recommend them 500%. Worth every penny and more to be honest. I am planning on doing my dental implants with them soon.

Dr Boztosun did a great job for my first-ever plastic surgery, that was breast reduction. She is extremely skilled and knowledgeable, has a polite manner and is helpful with any concerns or questions I raised pre-surgery. Hospital staff, and nurses that is her team ensured that I had a smooth prep, surgery and follow-up. She was informative and understanding and ensured that I was confident and comfortable before the procedure as it was my first-ever surgery. I feel that I have definitely got my desired result with my expectations met as I was listened to in the beginning. I received a really good quality of care including follow-up appointments post-surgery and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to have such a procedure.

It was truly an incredible experience. I talked to many clinics and decided on MSM. I encountered a service of both reasonable price and great quality. I cannot thank Dr Orman enough. My operation results are amazing! I am so happy with both my breast uplift and liposuction to my tummy. He explained my treatment in detail, so I knew exactly what to expect. My coordinator was amazing. He helped to book every aspect of my stay and explained what would happen. He made me feel confident and safe travelling from England and stayed with me until I came out of recovery and knew I was okay. The staff at the hospital are wonderful. Better thank my local hospital back home! My brother travelled with me, and they treated him with the same care and respect as myself. The hotel we have moved onto after hospital discharge is also fantastic. Lovely interior, amazing food, and good facilities. Trio arranged for an excellent massage therapist to visit me daily, which has helped my recovery so much! 3 days in, and I am very mobile, with minimal discomfort. My experience with Dr Ulas and his amazing team was extremely positive. From the minute that I decided to go to Turkey to have my procedure done and started to do my own research, I was very blessed that I stumbled across Dr Ulas and Rabia❤️ my beautiful patient coordinator/translator. Communication was on point from the beginning to the end of my journey, I felt I was given all the information needed before I made my decision. Had a video call with both Rabia and Dr Ulas to determine what can be done. The day I arrived to Turkey 🇹🇷 I was taken to the hotel which was a superb choice 6 stars hotel.Then straight to blood test. After Rabia came to the hotel and explained in details what to expect with an amazing Turkish coffee. We then had plenty of time to kill we had mad half a day shopping and exploring Istanbul before early surgery admission the next day. On the day I met Dr Ulas, very calm which made me feel very comfortable. He went through the surgery details with me I felt very very safe in their hands. The hospital staff were very friendly and helpful. Recovery was shockingly quick, I was able to go to the market 3rd day after surgery I felt absolutely fine. Iv been seeing Dr. Jahan for years now, for lip fillers and a couple of nose fillers. He can be hard to get in touch with as he’s a busy man but once a booking is made he’s very reliable. I don’t think I would see anyone else now.

I had dental crowns. I am very happy with my new teeth now. The service they give you is high quality.
