I had an amazing experience at Dr Unal’s clinic, The consultation was comprehensive the doctor was very informative and the treatment went so well. Her clinic is all-in-one for me from gynaecological care to gyne consultations and treatments, and she uses very high-quality products like ZO medical skin care and really good quality fillers like Radisse. I am highly impressed by the high standard of work ethics and care, the clinic is situated in an amazing area with a shopping centre and many restaurants nearby that are worth visiting, An additional plus is that the doctor is fluent in English so there are no need for Translator, and the agent on WhatsApp was very helpful in all aspects of information and booking the visit to Clinic via WhatsApp, I would not hesitate to recommend Dr Unal, I am in love!! From start to finish I couldn’t have been in better hands. From my first enquiry text to the on going support I still have now, I feel very well looked after. Everyone involved, the coordinators, dr, nurses, drivers and hotel staff all made me feel safe, calm and looked after. The hospital itself is very clean and I had my own private room the relax and recover in. The hotel I stayed at was also brilliant and very comfortable. This all made the recovery process much easier. All is going well now I’m home and I’m very happy with the results so far. I would definitely use this company again if I wanted any further procedures.

Treatment: Total Hip Arthroplasty, and post-op rehab. I am no stranger to ‘Health Tourism’, and contacted several clinics in other countries for the same operation – total hip replacement on one side. I contacted KCM Clinic after reading reviews and details on ‘What Clinic’ website. From that point on, I was most impressed with the speed, detailed information and costs sent by KCM, such that I decided to go ahead and have my hip replaced by them in preference to others. The UK NHS was a total non-starting failure. Every single aspect of the visit from arrival in Wroclaw to homeward journey was almost ‘micro-managed’ with superb efficiency. Transport from/to the airport, hotel arrangements, transport to/from the clinic nearby, pre-surgery assessments, surgery and hospital clinic stay, daily physiotherapy afterwards, all happened extremely smoothly. Yes, there was quite a bit of ‘waiting around’ at times during pre-op assessment, some of it caused by my own request for further cardiology assessment. The actual hip replacement operation occurred as arranged and was very straightforward. The level of care from clinic staff was exceptionally high, the coordinator was extremely helpful and accommodating at all times, the surgeon attended every day after the operation to check on progress and even changed the dressing himself, and the rehab. The physiotherapist always gave superb individual attention to maximise post-operative mobility. A very detailed discharge pack was handed to me when leaving the clinic, including CDs of all X-rays and diagnostic images, ready to pass on to the GP when returning to UK (in Polish, though – but I’m sure it can be well understood in medical circles). Can I recommend them? Without reservation! What about language? Polish is spoken throughout, but nearly everyone has a good command of English or German so communication was never an issue. I was continually impressed by the clinic, and they showed what true ‘health care’ is all about. All-in-all it has been the most positive experience, well beyond my expectations, and one that I will repeat soon for the other side! Thank you so much, KCM.

I just had my nose job at dermolife clinic and I am highly satisfied with the results. The operation was successfully performed by Dr.Raniero Orsini and I cannot thank him enough because he made my biggest dream come true.Also Dr.Anisa , Dr.Shqipe , the nurse Klaudia and the receptionist girls were all really kind and they carefully provided me with all the information and details that I needed before surgery.

We reached Dr Erhan from a friend who get treated him too. I had a fibroid and I was looking for a doctor who can do the operation by laparoscopy.
