5 weeks post-op -breast augmentation from A to C. I cannot recommend Dr Matthew James highly enough. It took me almost 20 to finally go through with the operation, as I was always too scared to commit to the surgery in case something went wrong. After my initial consultation with Dr James, I knew straight away that I'm in safe hands. He made me feel very comfortable, very honest, thorough in explaining the pros and cons, answered all my questions and made the whole process feel really easy (which it was to be honest). Didn't feel any pressure at all to commit to the surgery which was a big bonus for me. He gave me an option of sizes, and his recommendations and I'm very happy that I have listened to him rather than going too big (5 weeks later and I don't really feel that I had the surgery or that I have implants in (they feel so in sync with my body). My breasts look very natural, and I couldn't be happier. The surgery itself went really well, staff at the Cadogan Clinic were really nice and carrying. Straight after the operation I felt fine, almost no pain, no bruising at all Incisions were really small and neat, few months and I probably won't even remember that they are there. Communication has been very easy and Tracey, his PA is also super nice and brilliant at answering any questions. Pricing was very clear from the beginning, with no hidden costs. Dr James was recommended to me by my friend, and I would absolutely recommend him to everyone who is looking for a natural results!

I had my op in march 2022 at golden med hair clinic, after a few months of Whatsapping with Eman. I was nervous as I didn't know what to expect but when I got to the clinic I realised how professional and clean the clinic was and how helpful Eman was in explaining everything and making sure I was satisfied with every step of the procedure. The nurses and Eman were very good through out the experience and provided a lunch and transport to and from the clinic. The aftercare was explained down to the very detail which made a huge help when I got home, and even after I got home if I had any questions or issues Eman was always on hand to reply straight away on what app with the answers which was brilliant. I've recommended Eman and golden med hair to many friends and collegue since I've came back because of my experience there professionalism and Emans help which I couldnt thank her enough for!

For me as a non-Dutch speaker, the communication was great, I felt very well taken care and understood. I met here a team always helpful, so welcoming and I could feel them committed to providing the best possible care for me. The doctors, as well as the clinic director, were always giving best advises, taking a lot of time to explain everything to me, and answer all sort of question, even when I was not decided whether should I go on with the interventions. I never had the feeling that they wanted to sell me something. On the contrary, they were very honest and clearly told me what works and whatnot. The overall results are far better than I dreamed. I am very satisfied. High-quality services, the doctors are very skilful, they are very professional and I could fell I was coming first as a client. So highly recommend this clinic.
