From the minute you are picked up from the airport, the Health Direct team does an excellent job of providing excellent customer service and ensuring your comfort. They are incredibly polite. Ezgi is extremely sweet and treats us like family and friends while remaining professional. Until we got home, she made care to check on us every day. Oguz, whom we saw frequently and who is also bright, assisted us with therapies we were interested in pursuing in addition to what we had originally come for. I appreciate the excellent care we received, which piqued our interest in visiting Turkey again for both vacation and for medical purposes.

It was a very good experience. When they pick me up from the airport, I felt being cared. In the hospital, doctors and nurses were welcoming. Also, the staff from Time Travel was with me during the examination. The operation was very smooth and the healing process was quite fast. All the procedures have been completed without any problem I was informed what to do after I back to my hometown. They are still checking on me frequently. It was such a lovely journey. I had bulbous nose and my surgery had in May 2023. Dr Bahitten is very professional I’m really satisfied with the results. The hospital was clean and tidy and the staff was very friendly & helpful. Ideal for solo travellers. The package was responsible too. Please ask for medical documents before leaving the hospital cause on Airport you can be ask for your reports. From the get go on booking my procedure Max Clinic have been perfect in terms of communication. I definitely have to give a shout out to the two girls Ilayda and Sude who accompanied me to the surgery. They absolutely bang on from making me feel comfortable and translating everything after my procedure. They bought my medication and for my daughter and I appreciate that. I have chosen to have my 2 surgeries with Ephesus Marine and have no regrets! I had a mummy makeover in 2022 and then had breast implants in 2024. I documented my experience on Instagram ‘lsplastix’. For my first surgery, I went on my own and was well looked after by Tolga who had me a smoothie waiting after surgery he even helped me to drink it and made sure I was eating protein-rich foods to aid my recovery. After having three children (all natural births) I felt that my bladder had weakened and my private area needed a rejuvenation. I contemplated and done a lot of research before finding Hylia Health. I was over the moon because the surgeon is female, for some this may not matter but personally, this put me at ease and made me feel more comfortable. Finally, I decided to go ahead and book and I am so glad I did. It has been one of the best choices I have made for myself. I feel much more confident and I can drink liters of water without multiple trips to the toilet. Hylia health where very professional and supportive every step of the way, before and after treatment. They arranged transfers to pick me up from my hotel and drop me back. They have a coordinator who spoke extremely good English and was even able to advise on the best places to go out to eat and do fun activities. I had my son a few weeks ago for a cleft lip he had from birth and I had a wonderful experience. At first, I was anxious because all parents feel this way when their kids have problems, but the doctor Karandonis made us feel comfortable. He was friendly and great at what he did. He knew how to make everyone feel at ease and my son was very happy with the result. He says doctor Karandonis fixed his lip. And me as a mother very happy with how this experience turned out and very thankful to the doctor, the hospital and the staff. Thank you all!

The Coramed Clinic in Wrocław, Poland, is highly recommended. All the staff are professionals and empathetic. Before I decided to go ahead with my tummy tuck, my biggest worries were how could I justify my spending and satisfaction... I read through so many clinics on what clinic. After a series of reviews and phone calls to and from these clinics, I finally settled for Coramed Clinic in Poland. The clinic is nice, neat, very modern, and fair in price. All the beds are good and modern the staff are friendly though they do not speak the English language. They picked me up from the airport in a taxi, which was arranged by Nicolas, the patient's coordinator. The cab man was of great service, he kept in touch immediately after I landed at the airport. There is a hotel and a supermarket a few walks from the clinic which was of great help. After my surgery, again, a cab was also arranged to drop me off at the airport. All these were very helpful. Now, about my tummy tuck. I am 49 years old and had my tummy tuck in February 2024. I made enquiries about an arm lift and breast reduction, but I was told only one operation at a time and that I should get well first. The surgeon’s exact words were "Judy, anaesthesia is real and you’re not a child anymore, so you have to get well first before further enquiries can be answered" This implied to me that the clinic’s main priority is the patient’s health and not after money. However, I am writing this recommendation as there were no complications. However, I was naturally apprehensive not knowing what to expect after the surgery. But to my surprise, the staff put me at ease. They were all around me to give me the necessary support, which encouraged me to stand up from my bed and walk around the next night. It has only been about four weeks since my tummy tuck and my healing is ‘off the charts’! One week after my surgery, I was able to walk around. Although, my swellings were very noticeable all over my body but decreased as the days went by. I am taking pain pills as I was instructed. I am very diligent in following all of my instructions and am happy to see the scars and pains are healing faster than expected. I have already received many compliments from family and friends. The clinic is truly a good one, seamless and comfortable. I can not find the right words to adequately express the positive & dramatic change that the clinic has made in the quality of its service. I will be returning for a future arm lift and breast reduction. I must also comment on the compassion and professionalism of the staff in Coramed Clinic, especially Nicolas, the patient coordinator. She has been so supportive in arranging a taxi, booking my hotel, and making sure I was comfortable in Poland. She speaks English language and interprets most of the Polish language for me. Nicolas has been super in check-ups on me ever since till date. I deeply appreciate her care for me as she answered my questions and showed interest and concern for me as a patient to date. Also, the nurse who watched over me all through was very good, calm, and checked on me at the slightest cough. I have forgotten her name, though. And I must mention Dr. Andrey Kharkov and Dr. Marcin Sierociński for their professionalism. Dr. Andrey Kharkov, the surgeon who held my hand and told me well-done for your quick healing. This type of patient care and compassion can not be taught in medical school. It has been my experience that most doctors don’t seem to know how to smile. But he is different. 'I am certainly glad that my surgeon did not take that course in medical school'. Which means he has a passion for his profession. Dr. Andrey Kharkov and Dr. Marcin Sierociński took the time to answer all my questions and never made me feel rushed or unimportant as a patient. Although I knew that the procedures that I had done were not new to them, I believe that every bit about the new me excited them. Thanks for your enthusiasm. I am happy to report that both surgeons’ next mission will be to help me with my arm lift. I just need the skill. I am happy to talk about my positive experience with anyone considering surgery in their clinic it was the right decision for me.
