I am a highly satisfied customer from Equinox clinic Belmont. The owner, Fatemeh and her crew are very professional and know their job well. I would definitely recommend for skin treatments. I normally have my IPL and microdermabrasion done by Sara, who is such a sweetheart, very friendly, attentive to my needs and always ready to go beyond my expectations. She is very knowledgeable and always advise what best suits you. I am a very sensitive type of person and make things a bit difficult at times but Sara is always patient and has a beautiful smile to comfort you. She is top-notch and excellent in customer service. Overall I recommend Equinox Clinic Belmont 100%. Thanks, everyone for always providing an excellent service!

Great facility, and the staff were beyond attentive. From the nurses to the doctors everyone was great. They were also able to accommodate me adding additional procedures the same day which worked well with travel timeline.

Being travelling in Asia I ended up with my Skin Treatment effectiveness in Bangkok as the muscles in the skin started to work again. On my way to a touch-up, I researched a lot as the offers in Bangkok are insane. You have all those different places who are not Doctors or use Stuff you never heard of. As Quality and Security are key for me I ended up deciding to invest a bit more in my health protection and choosing Metro Beauty Center at The Metro Clinic. A decision which was 100% right! After a warm welcome at the front a very friendly, talented and professional anamneses was taken by Renaud. He took a lot of time to understand my demands, history and my wishes. After going through all of that he made a statement about what he would use and how much. Straight offering a follow-up after 10-14 days to make it perfect then. I agreed and joined the Doctors' room with a little waiting time. The Doctor a young (cute) and very professional person explained everything and continued with the procedure. She had a helping hand cooling my face parts right before the injection. Something that was very effective and never experienced before. The result was better than ever. As they used Nabota a Korean brand which is the best of the best. The treatment went smoothly and I had no headaches, muscle irritations or trigeminus problems till the muscles were switched off. It went so fast I could not believe it. Never experienced the result so fast after the treatment. Just 1-3 Days and it was already 75% of the result. The next week the last 25% kicked in and it was awesome. Renaud was all the time in touch with me through WhatsApp taking remote care of me and my process. The duration of the result was almost a month more than ever before. I have to say this Korean Nabota is top notch and you should never take less in terms of Quality. Overall "The Metro Clinic" is a 10 out of 10 possible quality points and was worth every single bath. I would never go for less than what this Clinic provided. A holistic perfect experience with good quality, people who take their time to understand you, the best Products, good Doctors and the whole after-math communication and needed support. Had my appointment today for cog lift. Had amazing results with Dr Gabrielle. Very warm and welcoming, and gave good advice on the right treatment to have. Looking forward to more treatments in the future.

I made many non-surgical anti-ageing treatments like fillers, thread lift, Mesolift with doctor Si. He is very professional, procedures were not painful at all, and doctor Si is always available for a touch up if necessary etc. you can go there with peace of mind.
