So friendly and informative! Honest with how many treatment sessions I needed, with no intention to make me pay more than required. Very detailed in telling me about aftercare and anything which May happen after the treatment. Really great experience.

Cannot stress enough how wonderful and efficient are the clinic staff, even when one's business has been rare (1-2 visits a year) and fairly basic (filler). *Permission obtained to include names: I have been assisted by *several staff including Lusiana, who is ineffably patient and compassionate, and Nicole and Lucy have been helpful and understanding (Life happens: traffic, rescheduling, etc.). It makes SUCH a difference. Dr. Weinberg reflects the caring vibe of his clinic: he asks what you are looking for and then actually listens to your answers. As importantly (!) he is a sculptural artist with a keen eye who can see where the smallest adjustments will have the biggest impact. There is clearly immense skill involved, but when the work is so subtle - rejuvenating someone's best version of themselves - I think that's a gift. He was recommended to a friend years ago, who then recommended him to me, and I am very grateful to have been so directed. The Mssga clinic has parking, but is close by a major intersection and so a direct bus + quick walk from Port Credit GO station.

Jules removed a skin tag from inside my nostril and a mole from my neck. The skin tag removal was not pleasant as you can imagine, but the procedure was carried out with confidence and care. The mole removal was a non-event following the skin tag removal! I’m pleased to report my nostril has healed perfectly (you’d never know!) and the mole location has just a small pink scar which will probably settle given more time (it’s only been a couple of weeks). The results of my sessions have been great! I have had multiple sessions removing facial hair and it has worked great and super improved my self-esteem. Results will obviously be better if you have dark hair like I do and for anyone getting sessions for your face I definitely recommend their numbing cream first before any session, I forgot for my first session and made sure I didn't forget any others. Also very friendly staff and very lenient booking times for reschedules.
