I had liposuction, fat transfer and it was such a great experience. Dr.Ali (aka Dr. Magic Hands to me at least) was so kind, patient and explained every step and what I should expect from the process of the procedure and onwards. I can honestly say he puts safety first before all. The staff were so welcoming, made me feel comfortable and kept communicating with me before and after my procedure and even contacted me after to check on me. Even before I decided to become his patient Dr Onuma surprised me by personally contacting me by phone to respond to and discuss my original email query the day after receiving it. This type of personalised service continued throughout my time with him. Dr Onuma has always encouraged me to bring up any concerns I have and has been open and transparent with his responses. I have always felt heard and respected and never felt rushed during phone calls or in-person visits. Due to a long history of dismissive and negative experiences by other professionals in the area of women's health, I had avoided or otherwise tried to ignore the problems I had lived with for so long. Travelling overseas for surgery is nerve wracking. After being put off by poor communication and a 'cookie cutter' approach at some Thai clinics I was impressed with the professional response from the IM Gender Clinic, including a video consult with the surgeon who actually did the proceedure, the talented Dr Labanca who answered all my fears and questions. The clinic experience itself was very good. The staff is all caring, reassuring and competent. The stay for vaginoplasty is a full week under the care of the wonderful nurses, ensuring I was able to walk and care for myself before leaving - important when one is alone and away from home. The recommended accommodation is a short stroll away, and perfect for further recovery and post surgical surgeon visits.10 weeks on the aftercare continues by videolink. I am happy with my results, healing is mainly complete, and I am getting on with life again. Highly recommended.

I am a visitor to Thailand and I have now been to Dr. Yada 2 times. I came all the way from the USA to use her services. I have twice done the SylfirmX Treatment combined with neurotoxin. I wanted to spend some time writing a review about my experience. First, let me start by saying up front. This is 5 stars quality similar or equal to what I would get in the United States. I have done some treatments out there as well and there are a lot of advantages to coming to Thailand. The experience: When you enter Dr. Yada's Central Office on Maman Mansion Road, you are welcomed by a professional, well-dressed, extremely courteous and sweet staff. They treat you like a special guest. Because I was new, they educated me on what procedures were available by showing me videos, related pricing, and explanations to my questions. Once they learned a bit, they eventually took me in for a consultation with Dr. Yada where I decided to try SylfirmX. I paid for the service which was a very reasonable rate, roughly half of the price in the US if not less. After that time, they photograph you from multiple angles, give you some slippers and take you to apply a numbing agent. You spend about an hour with the numbing agent so that your face is numb enough for the procedure. The entire time, the staff is incredibly sweet and reassuring. I cannot emphasize enough how great the entire team of Dr. Yada's is. They are amazing and Dr. Yada is so nice to everyone. They feel like a welcoming family. Then you go onto the treatment. They seem to be using the very best equipment. Lasers that are FDA approved. Dr Yada knows all the latest issues about anti-aging treatments and comes up with a plan that is suited to you. In my case, it's SylfirmX with microneedling. During the entire procedure which lasts around an hour, her team is assisting Dr. Yada who does the procedure herself. It's a little bit of pain of course, but they are there the entire way to make you feel wonderful. After the treatment, they give you an aftercare program and follow up on "Line" to keep track of you and have you send pictures of your progress. They never bother you but are always helpful! I had no idea what to expect with Dr. Yada but I had followed her line for a few years before I finally went. I feel like this decision to visit Dr. Yada changed my life. People are telling me I look great...I believe Dr. Yada's treatment is the reason. They turned a weakness, my skin, into a strength in just a few visits. Thank you Dr. Yada and your Team! Actually, I'm thankful for Dr Sreelatha she's such an adorable person. She makes me more comfortable with Care and moreover, I can see my result on the table. I have to tell about nurses they are awesome on treating patients with patience. They always carry a smiley face with love and care. On the whole hospital, the ambience is excellent.

I chose Dr. Krishna out of about 15 doctors because he is a professional, and you can see that in his profile. Dr Krishna and his team make sure everything runs smoothly. Very good and persistent communication beforehand with the doctor and his assistant. After accepting the price the first time, I agreed and bought flight tickets. The assistant was also happy to help me book a hotel. The day before the operation, blood was taken in the hospital, which looked very sterile and good, and some documents were signed. The operation was performed the next day and I can only say that this is more than 100% professionalism. But it's not just the doctor who does his job like a pro, the nurses are great too. I can absolutely say that you are not a number here. After the operation, things are done and done well. If you can talk, you will be helped and if you can't, you make yourself understood. The hospital is not too loud, the staff are respectful and not intrusive or annoying, and you are not forgotten here. You won't be processed here, either. You are a human being here. There are further visits from the doctor during aftercare and I can only say that you are not abandoned even after the operation. You are just as valuable as you were before the operation. I am still in the healing process, but I can already see that Dr. Krishna's surgery is having an effect. Even if you come to him as a new patient, you can also talk to him and the staff using translation apps.

Dr Bazeos was excellent from pre-surgery to post-surgery. Extremely professional, great bedside manner, caring and thorough. We could not have asked for a better surgeon. The surgery went better than expected and the recovery is going well too. Feeling very grateful to have found Dr Bazeos, highly recommend it.

My journey with Dr Kassab started 18 yrs ago! Since then, I trust everything he tells me on any level. I always knew that the service you get at his clinic is nowhere to be found & life proved it to me when I had to go to someone else after moving out of Lebanon while pregnant with my 3rd kid. Luckily, I had the chance to experience the sweetness of pregnancy process twice with Dr Kassab, from his very detailed explanations to the highly sophisticated equipment he uses, to the in-clinic lab he has, which spares you the struggle of doing the tests anywhere else. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about my experience with the new gynaecologist who barely talked to me or replied to any of my questions without sarcasm, also didn't bother to tell me anything about the baby's health & status. I left assuming everything was fine not to mention that I couldn't see anything on the monitor while she was doing the echo because the image was bad. Anyway, she requested a detailed scan, which to my surprise is done by another dr. at another clinic! Not to mention that the visit cost a big amount of money, knowing that the dr. opted not to charge the echo fees! (God knows how much we would have paid if she didn't). On a side note, this dr. was highly recommended by 4 or 5 of our friends we had to wait for 3 weeks to get the appointment. My husband & I left the clinic very shocked of what we've been through & we called Dr Kassab right away to thank him for every time he received us with a smile & good attitude, for the relaxed feeling we got every time we walked into his clinic, for this relationship that felt more of a friendship.
