What I love about Ultracel is the fact that it makes your own body do all the work. I’ve had several different treatments with Dr Brad! Including Treatment for Wrinkles, Profhilo, eye hollow filler and laser treatments for uneven skin tone and hyperpigmentation. Dr Brad is a highly professional Doctor and very compassionate. I’m really happy with the results of the laser treatments and it’s given me more confidence! I highly recommend this practice for any treatment that Dr Brad provides.

I chose this clinic for electrolysis because of their good reviews. I’ve been back several times since the first treatment. I’d say the price is fair. I wouldn’t keep coming back if I felt they were overcharging me. Usually, my sessions take place every six months, but the last two will happen at the 8-month mark. My skin is taking a little longer to settle down after the last session, but I’m happy otherwise. The staff were great and the woman who does the treatment, explained everything carefully before we started. I went to them to remove the fuzz on my face and they helped me quite well. However, it was the repair of some broken veins that caused my skin to blister slightly. I was made aware that this might happen, so I was well-prepared. The woman gave me some stress balls to use, but I didn’t really need them - the treatment was only slightly uncomfortable. Sessions are an hour each. The therapist is friendly and always professional.

The service I received from Tracey is consistently professional and friendly. She gives a full consultation to discuss one's needs and is honest about treatments and outcomes. The atmosphere is calm and I have been pleased with the results. I feel safe with her recommendations.

Skin Southwest is a fantastic clinic. I’ve never done anything like this before but the staff were very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I had all my options explained to me and any questions answered. The clinic was clean and all appointments were on time.
