During Covid I got stranded abroad in the tropics for six months. I’d only planned on being in the sun for a week, so hadn’t packed lots of sun screen – and when I got stuck in a remote village where they didn’t sell high SPF sun cream, like a fool I decided to just not bother. Big, big mistake. When I got back to the UK I thought I’d done irreversible damage to my face – but I booked myself in for three sessions of Advatx at Dr Rakus’ clinic, and I cannot believe what a difference they’ve made. They reversed the pigment discoloration, shrunk the enlarged pores, and got rid of the lines and wrinkles caused by sunburn.

On my initial meeting with Sofia I was extremely impressed by her listening skills. I knew that I was in safe hands and the treatment using my own blood plasma to fill my lip lines would be exceptional. Her care during the procedure and follow up attention has been second to none. I would recommend anyone who is contemplating a facial enhancement or rejuvenation to book an appointment with Sofia and enter a beautiful and relaxing clinic.

So friendly and informative! Honest with how many treatment sessions I needed, with no intention to make me pay more than required. Very detailed in telling me about aftercare and anything which May happen after the treatment. Really great experience.

Having ‘never’ had any treatments before, I was a little twitchy around what to expect. I’ve lost the collagen in my skin & I’m looking a bit too old for my liking. I was tentatively looking around to see what I could do to put my smile back in the right place on my face, it has dropped a bit. The ladies at this clinic were very kind, friendly & just talked me through what they could do, what to expect & what the outcome will be. I chose a fat dissolver for my chin & upper arms. The cost was comparable with other clinics meaning I didn’t have travel costs. The clinic is local to me. Louise, the practitioner, knows her stuff. She has years of experience & again, talked me through the process. She too was kind & friendly! I cannot fault them

Dr Adel is another level of treatment, an eye for detail and a way of making you feel at ease, I would recommend his work to anyone. I'm 49 and was hitting the age of feeling older in my appearance as life takes its toll, with small amounts of Treatment for Wrinkles and Filler I feel confident and more youthful-looking without people going "what have you done". I was terrified about having a large abscessed tooth removed when I arrived at Smilekind in Boscombe. As soon as I arrived my surgeon, Dr. Bilal Fazil, came out shook my hand, and asked if I liked cricket. Odd, but what a different way to relax a clearly anxious patient. He took the time to explain exactly what he was going to do in a language I understood and continually reassured me it would all be fine. The injections of anesthetic were given painlessly and before I had even realized what was happening Dr. Bilal was showing me the extracted tooth. I needed some stitches, but again this was painless and not uncomfortable at all. He and his nurse Sarah, who kept talking and reassuring me were just amazing and I cannot praise them enough. If like me you are fearful of the dentist you really don't need to be or have anything to fear with these two. You really will be pleasantly surprised and leave a lot less stressed than when you arrived. I did!
