Arriving from the UK my flight was delayed, I was worried about the time but this wasn't a problem for Isa and his team, as Ali the driver was there waiting for me. When I arrived at the clinic I was checked in and had all my checks, this was very reassuring because I had bloods taken, x-rays an ECG so very thorough. Isa came to see me in the morning and discussed my surgery, he was very approachable and answered all my questions. When I came back from theatre the team were fantastic, they supported me with pain management, and listened to my concerns and reassured me that everything was ok. The care I received after my surgery has been 100% I couldn't have asked for better. Isa and all his team are amazing and run a fantastic service from start to finish.
