I want to say thank you to the whole team of the wonderful Forest & Ray - Dentists, Orthodontists Implant Surgeons. I was in a desperate state when I went to the clinic, my pain was very long and excruciating. I called the clinic and a wonderful lady at the reception listened to me, explained and made an appointment with the doctor as soon as possible!!! And it happened in a few days! This is really very fast. You can also choose a convenient time for visiting the clinic. It is very convenient that the clinic is open on weekends. You can be in touch with the clinic staff from early morning until late at night. This is a completely patient oriented Clinic and it's wonderful!!! You feel like you're in a safe, professional place every second, talking to staff or sitting in the Doctor's Chair. Arriving at the clinic, I felt the highest professionalism of the service and the competence of the doctors. My whole mouth hurt. Two teeth were in very bad condition. First, the doctor made a thorough diagnosis, removed the nerves, then cleaned the dental canals. I begged the doctor to save my teeth. And he did. I do not speak English well and the clinic staff provided me with a Russian-speaking doctor, to whom I will be grateful all my life. Dr. Nikolaos Kasiteridis answered all my questions and was very attentive during the treatment. He communicated with the management of the clinic regarding my further treatment. He saved my teeth and my psychological health too) I am grateful to the Dr. Nikolaos Kasiteridis for his humanity and super professionalism. It was a long treatment and every time I left the clinic I felt satisfied with the treatment, the pain disappeared, and my teeth became healthier! I am also grateful from the bottom of my heart to the management of the clinic for the treatment that was provided to me for free !!! This is the highest degree of sympathy and understanding of the desperate situation in which I was. I thank from the bottom of my heart my professional doctor- Nikolaos Kasiteridis. The management of the clinic and all the wonderful Staff. There are no right words that could describe the satisfaction of a well-coordinated wonderful human and super professional team! I have just had major dental work completed at Aurum Wellness Clinic. I have known Dr Leonidas Avgerinos for many years as my dentist. I have had issues with grinding my teeth so badly that they were cracking and each tooth had a crater. Dentine was becoming exposed and I had a terrible cross bite, which made tooth maintenance, very difficult and made me self-conscious despite my efforts to look after my teeth. Together, we came to the conclusion that something had to be done. Dr Leo explained that for a long lasting and best result - both for oral health and aesthetics- a full mouth reconstruction would be necessary which meant 27 crowns and one implant. He left me to think this over and did not rush me to make my decision. I had known deep down for many years that this needed to be done so made the decision to go for it. I booked one week to stay in Athens at the beginning of April where Dr. Leo and his team of specialists would start the treatment. Throughout the treatment the communication was excellent and I knew exactly what to expect. I came back this week (commencing 22 April) and had the permanent crowns fitted. All 27. A huge job but again with a full team,the treatment was finished in one session. My new teeth look fantastic, they look natural which is really what I wanted and it’s what Dr Leo advised me. My bite has been corrected and I feel so much better. Things are healing up nicely and I know that I made the right decision. If you want a dentist you can trust, one that really listens and cares, then Dr Leo is the one. I wish I had done this before. It’s not fun struggling with your teeth and now I feel confident and happy. I would strongly recommend to anyone with similar problems. You won’t regret it.

Amazing service. Had an infection in my tooth whilst on holiday (from the UK) and had the best service. Was given an X ray and antibiotics, antiseptic mouthwash and painkillers. It was really reasonable and the staff spoke good English. Can’t recommend enough!

I am from the United States of America. I first came to this office last year to have dental implants oral surge done. I am very impressed with the professionalism and quality of the work. They even were able to accommodate me when I had some travel issues. The cost of having my work done was a fraction of the cause that it would have caused me back home. What a fantastic experience! It is hard to believe in such a short time, virtually two days, the amount of work Doctor Ismail has done on my teeth: 6 implants,5 extractions, numerous root fillings, provisional teeth, and a lot of other things as well. The great thing about it, there was no pain, bruising, or swelling. Everything was so easy. The studio was comfortable and immaculate. The assistants were kind, gentle, and friendly. Even the transport and accommodation were perfect. Another important thing is the very honest prices. Exceptional Experience! Got dental crowns on all of my teeth from Dr. Parampreet Kohli at Smile Couture Dental Clinic in Mumbai, India. Great value, amazing hospitality. I reached out to them from here in Sydney after one of my friends who got a treatment there recommended it to me, they were prompt in communication, and the Patient Service Manager is extremely fluent in English. He set me a couple of video consultations with Dr. Parampreet to understand and plan my treatment. She heard me fine and suggested I get some scans, after which I received the treatment plan. Once I understood then we planned the dates on which I was supposed to be in India. I got support for the tickets, visa, and hotels before I flew from here. Once I landed, I was greeted at the airport, there was a complimentary airport pickup, checked into the hotel, very near to the clinic. Got into the clinic, and the first impression was great, the place is clean, hygienic, and very soothing, I saw the pictures of the place before, and upon reaching the clinic felt even better. I was greeted by the doctor who started the treatment. I could watch Netflix while getting the treatment done. Dr. Parampreet and her team are amazing, she is an expert, and holds the highest medical degree in India. They were so gentle and took so much care of me. Explained everything again in detail before beginning the treatment. World-class sterilization protocols and equipment. I had a 2-week long stay there and in between my dental visits, I was provided with a guide (upon my request) to take me around Mumbai, Goa, Rajasthan, Agra, and New Delhi. Had an amazing amazing time. They had kept a few days as a buffer for my treatment and made sure that I was perfectly fine. Treatment got over, they accept all sorts of payment options, and I paid via my credit card. Got a complimentary airport drop and voila, in 2 weeks I experienced one of the most lively countries and top-class care. The best part was the follow-ups once I reached back to Australia, they kept on asking how I was doing which touched my heart. Highly highly recommend them to anyone in any part of the world, just get in touch with them. They will tell you what exactly you require, no overselling, only what is required.
