I can't say enough good about the care I received, first of all, I showed up with zero previous contact early one morning for a complete set of new dentures, and left a few hours before they closed with a perfect set. The staff took great care to do an excellent job, the best I've ever had. The dentist knew exactly what to do, and took pride in his work, also the gentleman who did the actual fabrication of the end product. I'm so glad I went there as it saved me $2K on a complete set in the U.S. with awesome end results. Parking near the Border was cheap and a long walk to the crossing, closest parking there is though. Pay them a visit and enjoy the fine results. Given a 2 year guarantee against breakage too. I imagine you'll be more organised than I by making an appointment beforehand. The gentleman Hector made every accommodation to make my time a breeze.

I visited their dental clinic with my husband whilst on a visit to Turkey to have our teeth cleaned. They are very lovely people that will make you feel very comfortable. Their clinic is very clean and posh. Will definitely recommend !!

I lived in Costa Rica, Puerto Viejo, many years ago and was familiar with the outstanding dentistry this country provides. So of course when I found myself in need of extensive work, this is the only place I trusted. Having grown up with American dentists, I have horrible memories and avoided them at all costs. While shopping for dentists here, I had the good fortune to connect with Cristina who works for Dr Urzola. She is initially the reason I chose Dr Urzola out of them all. I couldn't have made a better choice. Even before I arrived, Dr Urzola took the time to call me many times to go over what I needed and gave me sound advice as to what treatment plan was best. Every single person in this practice is kind, infinitely helpful and Dr Urzola goes above and beyond to make sure I'm satisfied. The office is beautiful, centrally located, easy to find, and a mere 5 minute drive by Uber from where I stayed. I had the first phase of a total reconstructive surgery, which includes sedated (my choice) extractions, many full mouth 360° imagery, molds, medications and temporary teeth which will allow me to eat and smile for the first time in years. I will be returning in approximately 3 months, after the healing process, for my forever, permanent teeth. I couldn't be more pleased. Plus, Dr Urzola's prices are beyond competitive. I felt pampered and looked after from the moment his chauffeur picked me up from the airport. I'm looking forward to coming back soon, and I promise this: Voy a hablar mucho más español! I had a wonderful experience at Clear Choice Costa Rica. I worked through Gabriel and he was so patient, helpful, and kind. He handled booking my room, getting me through the airport, to and from the airport, to and from the appointments. It’s not easy to have full extractions and implants but they make the process as easy as possible. I will return in 6 weeks for my permanents. (6 months after the temporaries) I would recommend using them if you’re considering implants.

Dr. Gadea Ramirez is an exceptionally talented dentist. From my initial consultation and smile analysis, he explained corrective procedures in detail with absolutely no pressure as to what he can do and for how much. I had two implants, three crowns and seven veneers done. My smile wasn't bad to begin with, but now it is amazing. He is an exceptional detail orientated dentist, he wants your teeth to look and feel like perfect teeth. He uses only the best materials available in the USA. His office has the very best and newest dental imaging, x-ray and procedural equipment and his staff are all very friendly and kind. I highly recommend Dr. Gadea to anyone needing or wanting a nice smile or dental surgery completed. I saved so much money over what this would have cost me in the US (and my son is a Dentist !!). Costa Rica is an incredibly beautiful country once you get outside of San Jose. My wife and I spent over two and half weeks and fell in love with the country. We can't wait to go back and we will most likely spend a month there. Pura Vida !!

This clinic meets German standards. From the initial contact, through the dental treatment to aftercare, I was looked after responsibly and in German. The atmosphere is more like a hotel lobby; with drinks, snacks and dental-friendly food. Highly recommended! 5 Stars

Mavi Yeşil (Blue Green) Dental Clinic in Antalya Turkey is amazing place where my wife and I received fantastic services for very reasonable prices. Nice and helpful team, smiley and reassuring. The dentist Ms İpek, Mr Serkan, Ms Mervi and the rest of the team cheered up my wife and I and put us totally at ease. So nice to be treated in such a professional and human way at the same time! I will be back to see them, and already recommended to all my friends living in the area. Thank you everyone

The clinic was spotless. Lovely staff who put my mind at ease. I actually didn't realise that my procedure had been all done as all I felt was a little discomfort, I had all my own teeth removed a bone graft, two sinus lifts, also a cyst that was found on the X-ray that had to be cut out and treated, and the all on six implants on my top jaw and six implants on the bottom. Temporary teeth are fine but I can't wait to go back for my proper ones. I'm so excited.

I had a rhinoplasty a few days ago. I was very scared, but I was pleasantly surprised because everything went spectacularly well. I wanted to give a special thanks to Alondra, my assistant and the one who organized absolutely everything for me. Apart from everything, she took care of me and made me and my mother feel protected throughout this process. I recommend IXAlMED to everyone who wants to go to Turkey safely and calmly because they have incredible professionals.

I went to their clinic in early February. They did a great job an no editing around like most dental clinics. I ended getting a dry sicket which messed my schedule up but they went out of their way to get me back and going. The work was excellent and I highly recommend them. They are professional and accommodating.
