Having experienced 1960s UK dentistry where it was the norm to have a full gas mask stretched across my young cherub like face and much slapping of my head from a very scary dentist to wake me up from such innocuous gas it came as no surprise that I made a career out of avoiding such places once I had become an adult. But having run out of excuses as well as teeth I found myself entering a dentist for the first time in 35 years and I couldn't have found a more perfect place. From the pleasant &pre-covid smiles and reassurances of all the staff, I was made to feel quite welcome and comfortable. In hindsight, perhaps my bravity was probably no more than the courage required from the doctor to take his first look into my mouth and see the wreckage that had taken place over the course of the last 35 years. Now, having completed many dental therapies over the last 2 years involving drilling, grinding, removing and filling, capping and crowning I can honestly say that I am so happy that I found Smile Dentist. It is a joy to smile knowing that those in front of me will no longer faint in horror. I had teeth cleaning and had all tartar removed at Dra Varnaez's dental clinic. First, she had an X-ray taken to check if I need anything more than a cleaning. After she confirmed that cleaning was all I needed, she assigned the work to an assistant. The assistant conducted the cleaning work very professionally. The entire work was carried out smoothly with no pain. I chose Dra Narvaezs clinic as hers was the first to reply to my enquiry. Her clinics response within a few hours with the information on the earliest available date and time slot for an appointment. The communication was very quick and highly efficient. Dra. Narvaez and all her staff were very friendly and nice. I will be visiting this clinic periodically for cleaning. I recommend this dental clinic to any one who wants to maintain their teeth in good healthy condition.

I had a great experience getting Braces with Laxmi Dental. I previously had braces in high school, and since then my teeth had shifted so I was no longer happy with how they looked. I was turned away from another orthodontics office in West Delhi because they said my teeth weren't bad enough and "didn't need Braces" - but Dr Priti was welcoming and listened to my concerns. Now with some tweaks and a little straightening/widening of my smile, I love how my teeth look. The whole process was easy, painless and without any hiccups. Each person that I encountered was professional, helpful, and very kind. They make sure that you're happy with the results, and they do their best to answer any questions you may have. After my initial treatment was supposed to be over, I told them I still wanted my smile to look a little "wider" and they were very accommodating, listening to what I wanted, and I ended up going through another set of treatments just so I could achieve the exact look I wanted. I appreciated that they worked hard to give me precisely what I was asking for to make sure I left happy. They do get busy because of their high number of patients, but I still felt welcomed and treated with care. Their customer service is great and their facilities are very nice, which is a plus. I would recommend them to others who are thinking of getting adult braces. The best part is "guarantee" treatment, nowhere else I found. Great fantastic and wonderful clinic.
