I was a new patient a year ago and EVERYONE in the office was so professional especially Dr Nermine was knowledgeable and very informative. I’ve done so many treatments: root canal, teeth bleaching, gum correction ( w laser), new crown placement, the implantation. I chose this clinic because it was modern and well-equipped. I was also impressed that they spoke English. I had x-rays, with the very latest in x-ray equipment and a crown replacement. I was given options and allowed to choose what I felt was best for my circumstances. The procedures were done with virtually no pain and completed a day earlier than anticipated. The office was great about keeping in touch to set up my necessary appointments. The crown fit perfectly when first placed and I am very happy with the results.

Dr. Samara's (Doc JJ) team is excellent. My lower partial was constructed, installed and is a great fit. My upper denture is a new experience. Doc JJ was very conscientious and addressed all issues, all concerns above and beyond my expectations. I had visited a 'dental tourism' dentist prior, and a few other dentists prior to choosing Crown Royale. Communication was repeatedly an issue. At the tourism dentist, I was quoted one price by one 'professional' and was then attempted to be charged more by another. I decided against being a 'tourist' when it came to my teeth. Being from the USA finding a professional I could trust was paramount. Doc JJ speaks English fluently and communication was not an issue. At Crown Royale the cost for the work performed was reasonable, with the staff available after hours if concerns arose. My sincere appreciation to Doctor JJ and his team for being outstanding service and work.
