After dislodging an inlay, I found myself in need of a dentist while visiting a relative in Liverpool. I knew that it was important to get treatment quickly but didn't really know the area. My niece suggested Dr. Rez as a top-quality dentist who could see me as an emergency. It was late afternoon but I got myself an appointment for the next day. What a wonderful set-up. I was put at my ease from the minute that I entered the reception area not only by the empathetic front-line staff but by the comfortable and relaxing surroundings. I completed an initial questionnaire regarding previous and current health-related issues and then in the privacy of a second waiting area, a soft-spoken and understanding young lady went through them with me to make sure that Dr. Rez would be aware of any relevant data. After that, Dr. Rez introduced himself to me and we went together into the treatment room. My inlay and the tooth were cleaned and prepared before the inlay was fixed back into position. After that, the bite was checked and adjusted and everything felt 100% comfortable. Dr. Rez advised me to take care with certain foodstuffs for a few days to let the tooth settle down even though it felt really good. During the visit, everything from start to finish put me at ease and if I were resident in Liverpool, I would be registered as a patient. This is a smart up-to-date clinic that recognizes the need to fully relax the patient before any treatment is given. The actual treatment was of excellent value and is first class as is Dr. Rez.

Did one dental filling and made another appointment for one more and cleaning the next day. All - smashing success. The staff are professional and polite. My dentist Kristi was kind and caring, we ironed out everything needed. The price was considerably lower than in Italy where I currently reside (3 times, to be precise). Dental filling was second grade. Plus at the end you can get a receipt (kind of like a warranty card) that within the next year should any problem with the fillings arise, the teeth will be fixed for free.

I have always feared visiting the dentist , for that reason my teeth are destroyed and I have no smile I could be proud of . Today I had an appointment to have the damaged assessed and make a plan for future treatment . I was treated with consideration and kindness , I felt at ease , the examination was extensive and painless . I had x-rays taken to see what course of action would be best taken and at the end of the examination I had a chat with the dentist and a way forward was planned . My first impressions were good , I am feeling optimistic about the work to be done . I am looking forward to getting my smile back . Now the financial aspect . Todays bill was not cheap , however it was not over expensive . Overall I am very pleased with my experience , my future treatment plan and the final amount payable on completion of my treatment .

I attended yesterday 12th/10/23 for emergency denture. Alison arranged for it swiftly. Really nice friendly team. Dr Sophie Hellwell was amazing and made me feel comfortable. Really pleased with everything. I will be back for the advisory’s given as well. Certainly recommend this Dental practice. Thanks all David.

I am extremely pleased. I was due to present at an international academic conference in Tirana on a Friday afternoon. I broke my front tooth on the Thursday evening on my flight to Tirana from the London.

I am from Peru but live in the US for the past 22 years. This is my second visit to Smiles Peru and I am nothing but greatful to the staff as they made me feel like family. Everyone there is so friendly and professional. They evaluated my dental condition and set a plan to restore my teeth in such a tight schedule of mine. I started my journey last year to have my upper teeth removed and a denture made as I had a lot of problems with my upper teeth and gums, I had a lot of problems with my new dentures not fitting and the alignment of the teeth. I must say Julie on the front desk and Jona was amazing. I cannot thank them enough for their help and understanding they are a credit to the clinic. After many appointments with the lab technician, I then had an appointment with Linda who also was amazing and professional she remoulded and arranged a new set of dentures which have absolutely changed my life they fit perfectly my confidence has grown tenfold thanks to Lisa and her team of girls. After my first 6 months of discomfort and regret of having dentures Linda has put that smile back on my face thank you Linda. Thank you Julie for your kindness and understanding you are a star 😬 I would definitely recommend Linda she is fantastic.

I flew to Bogota from Texas for dental implants with Dr. Suaza, and it was completely worth it! From the start, Dr. Suaza made me feel secure about my decision to have my surgery with her. She has over 15 years of experience and her aesthetic results are impeccable. She and her team are very organized, professional and caring. I couldn't imagine having done this with anyone else. She and her staff put extreme care into every step of the planning and treatment. The technology her clinic uses is far more advanced than any of the dentists I've been to in the US. She also provides transportation to/from the airport and translators if needed. Even considering the flights, hotel, food, and extras, this trip and surgery cost less than half of what I was quoted in the US for the surgery alone. I highly recommend Dr Cristina Suaza!
