I can only complement everyone who was involved in the first phase of my extensive treatment. Transport, Admin and Medical Staff were all pleasant, informative and professional. Having dental work done at ProClinic in Guadalajara, Jalisco Mexico was amazing. I am from the U.S. and decided while visiting Guadalajara I would get my dental work done. I was amazed and pleased with the entire staff at Proclinic. All are very professional and outgoing. I had my initial consultation with Dr. Alfredo who informed me that I had a cavity, two cracked crowns and need to replace three fillings along with getting a night guard. These were the same findings by my Dentist here in the states but at more than half the price here in the U.S. The Dr. who performed the work on my teeth was the amazing Dr. Veronica Cabeza (hope I spelt that right) she is not only an amazing Doctor but an amazing person who made me fill comfortable throughout all the procedures and always made me laugh. If you are from the states and hesitant to have dental work done in Mexico, don't be. The Doctors, Staff and facility are very clean and professional. It was also recommended by Dr. Alfredo that I get a bone graft again, also recommended by my Dentist in the states. I forgot the Doctors name but he did an amazing procedure with no discomfort or pain. Again, thank you to all the Doctors and Staff at ProClinic Guadalajara. I am sure I will see you all again. Thank you so much for seeing me at very short notice my wisdom tooth was packed and also had a x ray, now waiting on my doctor to give me the go ahead if I can have the tooth exacted. I have been attending Demajo clinics for a number of years now, and have always found their service to be impeccable. Yesterday I was at the Valletta branch, were I had my final session with Dr Jean Paul Demajo for a tooth implant together with a bone graft. The whole process was seamless, deadlines were adhered to, and there were no unhidden costs. Above all - no pain at all...what else can you ask for?! I also had some dental aesthetics done - thank you Dr Daniela Costantino! I'm really pleased with the final product (and your singing accompanying the treatment was also very soothing). I fully recommend Demajo Dentals - the competence is undisputed, but what truly distinguishes this company is that they make you feel that they really care about you. I was really nervous on my first visit and knew I probably needed a lot of treatment, but from my first visit, the lovely staff made me feel relaxed and more confident. From then on I knew I had made the right choice/decision. They advised and assured me at every step of the way, even sending me texts to see how I was getting along. The dental office itself was quiet/calming, air-conditioned and perfectly clean (no long queues, waiting or stress.) All the staff were very friendly, smiley and pleasant.
