I would definitely recommend the Clinic Centre based on my recent surgery that was arranged through the company. I have written a few reviews (and I never really write reviews) purely to convey how positive my experience was, particularly as I was very apprehensive beforehand. I had a breast augmentation and uplift with Dr. Hakan Gündoğan and am thrilled with the results (I provided a separate very positive Google review in relation to my surgeon (which unfortunately was removed without explanation by Google!?!)). I was very nervous prior to the surgery but felt instantly reassured following my consultation with Dr. Hakan. He had already formulated a plan for my surgery, which coincided with exactly what I had hoped to achieve. The results speak for themselves, and I am absolutely delighted! The Clinic Centre ensured that the entire process ran smoothly. They were on hand to provide assistance from the first point of initial contact, throughout my time in Istanbul, and continuing post-surgery following my return to the UK. All transportation was arranged, including airport transfers and for journeys relative to the surgery and subsequent hospital appointments. I was assigned various chaperones (who also acted as translators) throughout my stay. This was crucial, as while my surgeon spoke very good English, most of the hospital staff and nurses spoke little to no English. The hotel that I stayed in as part of my trip (Volley Hotel) was basic but served its purpose, and I had no complaints. Overall, I had a great experience with the Clinic Centre. The company provides fantastic value for money, good customer service, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

From my pre op, to the surgery, appointment I felt safe, informed about every step of the process and I knew I had come to the right place. My breast look amazing with absolutely no implants😊 And let’s not forget Isilay Unlu, the hospital Patient Coordinator, she is AWESOME!! She has been there for me since day one, answered all of my questions right away, and made the whole process easy, fast and enjoyable! The hospital staff was amazing as well. They kept checking on me every 30 minutes after my surgery to make sure I was okay from the anesthesia and they took the best care of me. Thank you Dr. Ali Cem Oktay and your team at Çevre Hospital for giving me the best care and dedication that one could ever ask for! I highly recommend your services to anyone who is looking for the absolute best surgeon and beautiful results!!

I had a Septor Rhinoplasty and it was great to feel so welcomed and doctor was amazing first, during and after surgery. Paying attention to every detail. Very happy with final result so far. I also had a hair transplant. Dr. Cinik was amazing as always, great work and fantastic staff. I'm completing 7 days after that and I'm happy with the result so far. 3 years ago I had a rhinoplasty with Dr Onsal. It's not an easy decision there are lots of opinions, doctors etc. I found him by a friend's recommendation. I couldn't trust everyone. I checked his background, Instagram, reviews. It was the best decision I made ever. I wish to do it before. Especially he listens to details carefully, because some doctors mention only his expectations. I am doing it for myself not for someone. I suggest everyone. Amazing experience!

I had gastric sleeve surgery one week ago and I am extremely happy with the treatment and service I received from fly health. The whole process was smooth from the beginning. Great communication and advice. Transfer at the airport was professional and quick. The hotel was situated close to the hospital which was convenient. I was given an English speaking guide who accompanied me to the hospital and explained everything very well. The hospital and staff were amazing. Dr Afet and her team respond quickly and attentive. I like the most about Dr Afet is, she is very realistic about the results. I talked to many overpromising clinics, Dr Afet was the only doctor who tild me that I need to lose some weight before the operation to have the perfect result. She really listens to you and tries to inform you as much as she can. And the result is better than I expected

Every member of the team I encountered was completely lovely and reassuring. Before the procedure, I was very anxious and expecting a traumatic experience. The surgeon made me feel completely at ease and comfortable within seconds of entering the room. I have never felt so relaxed at any sort of healthcare appointment/consultation. Unfortunately, I did not catch the specific names of people I dealt with during my hospital stay but they were as fantastic as the whole Surgero team! Definitely recommend for any plastic surgery in Istanbul!

I got the nano steam cell facial treatment, eyebrow lift and laser because I was concerned about the redness on my face and the veins. It was definitely good value for money. This clinic is simply the best they all went above and beyond to meet my needs. Everyone is so nice, friendly and welcoming. The hygiene is superb and so clean. I would recommend this place to anyone. I was listened to and I am more than happy with my results. Even the after care is amazing after you have your treatment they don't just leave you you have follow ups to make sure everything is fine. I will always use this clinic from now on. I had an exceptional experience at Dr. Derya Bingöl’s clinic! The doctor was extremely professional, caring, and attentive throughout the entire experience. I felt confident in Doctor’s abilities and appreciated the way she and her staff took the time to explain everything to me in detail. Additionally, the office staff was equally caring and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort and well-being, especially post-surgery. In addition, the clinic handled all arrangements, starting with airport pick-up, hotel recommendations, booking the hospital and the operating room. What could have been very stressful, turned into a pleasant experience. I was especially impressed with how the staff handled a complication that arose after my procedure. I experienced swinging jumps in blood pressure and the staff immediately took action, taking me to see a cardiologist, and neurologist, and getting an MRI of my brain as a precautionary measure. They made me feel safe and comfortable throughout the entire process, which took 10 days, and I was grateful for their quick thinking and exceptional care. Overall, I would highly recommend this doctor and clinic to anyone in need of high-end cosmetic surgery. The doctor performed face surgery on 3 areas and I am very pleased with the results.

Successful! I chose Doctor Osman Kelahmetoglu for a lips reduction procedure. I used to have some very thick lips, and I was not feeling happy. This clinic made my dream come true. First of all, the clinic was just amazing. Everything went perfectly from my first touch with the clinic. Very responsive at all times. The surgeon made me feel very comfortable. I knew he was skilled. I had no doubt at all, and it was definitely true. He made an amazing job. First, the local anesthesia went so well, no pain at all. Then, during the incision and after, everything was so perfect. I felt no pain. I had no real edema or bruises. It was just a bit swelling until the full recovery. The result is just beautiful. I have nice lips now. This surgery changed my life for real. I feel very pretty now. I really recommend this surgeon. He is very confident and makes you feel confident too. But above all, he is definitely skillful, and the assistant too. She made a great job. I am very grateful. It was the best decision ever made. Istanbul is now one of my favourite destinations ever.
