From acquiring information from the patient coordinators and translator, booking the appointment, to organising everything, the driver, hotel staff, hospital staff, nurses, and of course the doctor himself—Dr. Caner Kaçmaz, and his team were nothing but friendly, professional, and most importantly very knowledgeable. I can 10000% say they know what they are doing and I felt safe and in good hands! All the employees are super helpful, Chiaz took care of me, she was so wonderful towards me and took good care of me, promised me no pain, and she kept her promise!! I came to Istanbul to have a breast reduction. Medulux health and my PA Emin were fantastic throughout the whole experience. From the flight to transfer once landing in Instanbul, I was made to feel very at ease and considering I was going there for surgery I didn’t feel nervous at all. We were taking to a small town called ortakoy which is such a lovely place for sightseeing! Had some food and got to know our PA a little more face to face. From there straight to the hospital for paperwork and to get comfortable for the evening before surgery to next day. The nurses were fabulous. I slept really well that evening. Again the next day I wasn’t nervous, I met the fabulous Dr Cem, my surgeon who was extremely professional and again made me feel very at ease. I had very large heavy breast so I don’t know what I was expecting but I can honestly say I’m incredibly happy with my surgery. He did a fantastic job and I’ve tonnes more confidence. After two days at hospital, I went to stay in a gorgeous hotel in ortakoy called the crowne plaza. It was absolutely beautiful. Everyone again was so helpful. The food was incredible! You really did feel like royalty. The surgery, transfers and hotel were all included with no hidden costs. You knew exactly where you stood. This was all sorted out by Medulux health and of course Emin. We literally didn’t have to make any arrangements, it was such a breeze and very relaxing after my recovery. Since surgery, I speak to Emin as he always checks in to see how I’m doing. We’ve already spoke about my next surgery which I will be using Medulux health again and Dr Cem. I look forward to returning to Instanbul and would highly recommend Medulux health and Emin to be your provider for your journey and stay. Thank you again

I could not have asked for a better surgeon. Dr. Safa Manav is extremely detail-oriented and has a beautiful surgical technique. I am so pleased with his work. In addition, Dr. Manav’s surgical assistant was excellent and both she and Dr. Manav were so kind and responsive to my needs before, during, and after surgery. After dieting and exercising for years I still couldn't get rid of certain trouble spots so I met with Milano clinic to discuss lipo to help with the problem areas. Fast forward a couple of weeks and the procedure was done and I had my after pictures taken at 5 1/2 weeks. I was so shocked when I saw the before and after pictures - the results were absolutely unbelievable!! Milano is amazing! Wearing clothes that I haven't been able to fit into in years is icing on the cake. I'm healing nicely and have been back to the gym. The staff at Milano clinic are fantastic - professional, engaging, and caring from start to finish. Could not have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend.

I was have treatment for skin tightening, they do amazing results. It's different 4 cm of my hand sculpted tightening and the staff is very professional. I was so comfortable having treatment with and the doctor responds very quickly. I'm very happy.

I am happy with my BBL done by Doctor Mehmet Ceber. Transportation was great. Everything went fine but piece of advice when you do an operation like BBL, make sure you have someone with you to assist and help you after the operation.

Successful! I chose Doctor Osman Kelahmetoglu for a lips reduction procedure. I used to have some very thick lips, and I was not feeling happy. This clinic made my dream come true. First of all, the clinic was just amazing. Everything went perfectly from my first touch with the clinic. Very responsive at all times. The surgeon made me feel very comfortable. I knew he was skilled. I had no doubt at all, and it was definitely true. He made an amazing job. First, the local anesthesia went so well, no pain at all. Then, during the incision and after, everything was so perfect. I felt no pain. I had no real edema or bruises. It was just a bit swelling until the full recovery. The result is just beautiful. I have nice lips now. This surgery changed my life for real. I feel very pretty now. I really recommend this surgeon. He is very confident and makes you feel confident too. But above all, he is definitely skillful, and the assistant too. She made a great job. I am very grateful. It was the best decision ever made. Istanbul is now one of my favourite destinations ever. It was like a dream from my arrival to the airport until my departure. Everything was perfect, taxis, hotels, food, the clinic, the team: all amazing! I have no other words!
