I had a tummy tuck after having three babies. It was great value, well worth the traveling from England. I looked at a lot of clinics and spoke to a lot of people. I went to see Dr. Gorkem Atsal in Oct 2023. I have been to Columbia twice and this was my third time travelling for medical tourism. Turkey is very modern clean and safe. I felt completely safe at all times. Dr. Gorkem is by far the best Dr. I have used and I plan on seeing him in future. I met him and he is so warm, inviting and compassionate. I chose to do eye (top and bottom) and mid-face lift as I’m 37 and I wanted to speak with him prior about a scar from my teens I had on my forehead that made me very insecure. Canadian Drs told me it’s not that bad, and pretty much deal with it. When Dr Gorkem Atsal listened to my insecurity and came up with a plan, I started crying because finally someone took it seriously and had a solution. The hospital was very clean and I have no negatives to say. The G Hotel where patients stay is amazing. Room service to the door for when you are recovering. There’s also a breakfast every day 7-10 am which unfortunately I forgot about and for a few days didn’t have an appetite. Everyone was all bandaged up so I didn’t feel as awkward as if maybe I was the only one. With this review, I really want to express how amazing the Dr. Is. He actually cares about you. His demeanour is so warm, caring and not that of a typical surgeon. I felt I was in good hands and trusted him just by the interaction before surgery. He checked on me multiple times himself after surgery. I can’t stress how comforting he was when I was alone in another country and about to have surgery. As far as the outcome- it’s everything and more I could imagine. My face is tight - I look in my late 20s from my late 30s. The scar on the forehead he fixed is complete - it’s gone!!!! I used to wear side bangs but I’m so excited to just the middle part hair and be free from that insecurity. If you’re deciding on whether or not to go - GO! It’s safe clean and you’re completely taken care of in every way. They covered everything! Pick Dr. Gorkem Atsal because as far as talent - he’s the best. He listened to what I wanted and delivered just that. He does not under or overdo it. It’s perfection! The guy who did his nose felt the same. The price is competitive with the others I was looking at. He’s not one of the crazy expensive ones. I found him to be in the same range as others - I chose him because of his after photos and the videos of him - he’s a caring genuine welcoming human. I trusted my gut and this changed my life. I’m so happy I did because I no longer have the insecurities I did prior to going. I am so thankful to him and his team. They changed my life and how I see myself. I also have to say how since I’ve been home the million questions I’ve had along the healing process, have gotten back to me so quickly and they’ve been so patient with all my questions I’m so grateful that I chose Dr. Görkem Atsal and his team. If you are thinking about going to Turkey I strongly recommend you go with Dr. Gorkem Atsal and his team you will be well taken care of any concerns you don’t need to worry because they take care of everything all you need to do is just show up and everything is taken care of. I’m so happy I went with him. I am only three weeks postop surgery, but I will keep updating this review along the healing journey.

The clinic is good, the nurse is great, and the hotel is nice. I had my tummy tuck and liposuction done on my stomach, back, and I had my bbl and I stayed here for 10 days. The pickup from the airport was great and the check-in at the hotel was easy. Everyone was very friendly. The doctor was very nice and kind and very professional and I felt well-informed. The nurses were very helpful in providing care and very kind. They did massage and daily check ups. The hospital was well equipped and the food was delicious. The nurse I was given by the MAYCLINIK in hotel was great and always available to help me. She visited me every day in the hotel and helped me feel less alone. The hotel was nice and the staff were very helpful. I can not thank enough! Thank you Mayclinik.

Generally, the reception up to and including the whole investigation was amazing. The coordinator, Muge was especially awesome and indeed outstanding in all respects, including follow-up. I found the staff including the Doctors display a high level of professionalism and care. I'm from England and I talked with AYT Clinic for liposuction and gynecomastia treatments. They handled everything for me and they had a friendly greeting at the airport. The hotel they arranged for me was just lovely. The staff at the hotel were really warm and welcoming. The doctor who did my operation talked me through the whole process before the operation and I felt really safe and secure. I was sure I was in the right hands at that time. My representative Oğuzcan was always there for me and I can't thank him enough. I had the most amazing operation and the results were just plain surprising! Heeeey Laaaaadeeeezzz!!! I'm a little over two weeks post op and feeling great. My weight is now 165. I was hoping to lose a bit more quickly but my dietitian says I'm progressing well. And my clothes and suits are fitting slacker!!! Yaaaaay. I am so happy I did this. No regrets whatsoever. I promised to write about the surgery experience so here goes: When I was wheeled into surgery I met the team including nurses. I joked and called them the "A-team" and asked them to take good care of me. They promised to. I didn't see my surgeon just before surgery as he was in another room. However I gave the anesthesiologist a message for him: "thank you and take care of me". The anesthesiologist chatted with me and made me super comfortable. I laid down on the operating table, he gave me the anesthetic and the next thing I knew I was being woken up as surgery was over!!! My surgeon was right there telling me that everything went perfectly, and seconds later my mum was there holding my hand as I was being wheeled back into my private room. I wasn't in pain. I didn't have and still haven't had any serious gas pains or anything of that nature. They treated me like a queen. I wish I could get the kind of care I received at Medhera Clinic here in the USA! I can't recommend them highly enough.It was the best decision of my life!!

Grateful. Thankful is what I felt for each of the professionals who made my dream come true. The receptionists gave me full support before and after the surgery. They chose the best hotel. The nurses treated me with love as if I were they’re family. I felt comfortable and calm even though I was in an unfamiliar country. The doctors, surgeons and anesthesiologists did a great job. I reached out to Ulas Bali after I read his paper on surgery especially micro surgery procedures. I reached out for a breast augmentation after consulting and reviewing more than 64 surgeons worldwide. My expectations were to be as natural as possible so I’ve done my mathematical calculations and I have selected a particular brand and model. Dr Ulas Bali is one of the surgeons with a brilliant understanding of patients requirements and doesn’t have to try hard or say twice. Results were naturally good and recovery was on track as expected. I went through a third party but I wish reached out directly and would have gotten better support through aftercare. The surgeon is inclusive and well-mannered, we still stay in touch after 6 months.

On 1st august 2022, I had two skin removal procedures (extended arm lift and extended thigh lift) at the same time. I did a lot of research into surgery abroad and I knew I wanted to make sure the surgery was done at a hospital, not a clinic. I had a very positive experience with FlyHealth. My surgery was performed at a private hospital by a private surgeon, with follow-up appointments at the surgeon's private clinic. Both settings were clean and tidy and I felt in safe hands throughout. The organisation and itinerary/information was thorough and really helpful - and provided well in advance so I was able to familiarise myself. Everything was thought of - from hotel, to airport transfers, to appointment transfers and a patient coordinator to translate at appointments. The communication between myself to FlyHealth and FlyHealth to the surgeon has been quick and seamless. I'm hoping to have more skin removal surgery in the future and won't hesitate to rebook with FlyHealth again.

Dr. Afet is wonderful! I had a number of treatments with her including surgical scar revisions of old scars, facial filler treatments and jaw muscle relaxants, and every time it was a great experience with beautiful results. Her work is exceptional and she is very detail oriented. What also makes a difference is that Dr. Afet is very patient, professional and extraordinarily thorough. Her assistant and the whole team are courteous and friendly, speak very good English and make you feel well taken care of. I highly recommend Dr. Afet if you are looking for someone who is skilled, thorough and professional.
