From arrival through surgery and post surgery everything went smoothly, which is what you want when travelling for surgery. Cannot find any negativity. 5 star.

Came with my mum as she did her face and neck surgery with Dr Gorkematsal. My mum had her upper eye done in the UK by a top surgeon and he was a prof and it was a terrible job, so she decided to come to Turkey and I have to say the service with this doctor I would rate it 10 stars as 5 star is not enough, He had two FaceTime video calls with my mum in the UK, and he had seen my mum months before having her surgery done, and today it’s her 6th day since surgery we went to see him and he took her bandages off and omg the results are super amazing that she looks younger than me. Now it’s making me want to have it done. He’s been so kind and helpful he has been seeing my mum every day since she has been here and the results are just incredible that’s I can’t believe it. His support is available 24 hours a his assistant Enus is been so helpful and replies straight away no matter what time it is he’s always there to help, and always has a smile on his face, my mum says it’s like he has magic in his hands no matter how much we compliment him it’s not enough. You have to meet him to know what we mean. Best surgeon ever and so glad that we found Dr. Gorkematsal. Excellent doctor very kind and caring and does his work with a lot of passion all his staff and even the driver are amazing.

I'm almost 5 weeks post op (gastric sleeve) and cant thank mayclinik enough. As you can also imagine I had my doubts, the service quality in Turkey. Like you should to, I researched ALOT, I spoke to past patients, googled and asked the advisors every question under the sun and was put at ease. My stay at the hospital was amazing the care and service put the NHS to shame! The nurses are amazing (and speak english fluently) and are so attentive and Dr Osman keeps an eye on you also despite how busy he is. I'm 2 stone down and my scars are healing well. I will recommend this team to anyone! Lovely team of guys. Im being picky, but I would of liked a strict timetable, food diary and pathway from the moment my procedure date was confirmed.

Dr Umut Riza Gunduz is a compassionate and skilled surgeon and I can not fault the care he provided. From the initial consultation to my aftercare following surgery. Dr Umut speaks English and tries his best to explain the process and answers any questions or queries you may have with professionalism and care. The nurses at Termessos are empathetic and highly skilled. I had zero pain from cannulation, to the bloods to incision care. They are a friendly and exceptionally hard working team. The hospital is big and spacious. The private room exceeded my expectations. All this was possible thanks to CatchLife Obesity. Tunahan was my coordinator and no question went unanswered he was available on hand at the drop of a text and call for any queries I had. Tunahan is incredibly informative, helpful and courteous and he made sure everything ran smoothly from the airport transport to my discharge. Arina at CatchLife was my field coordinator she was incredibly supportive and put me at ease through my tests and surgery. She has the biggest heart and instantly makes you feel you have known her a life time. Arina made sure I had everything I needed along with her colleague Wemma. Wemma greeted me at the airport with the friendliest welcome and the driver was so helpful. I would highly recommend CatchLife for the gastric sleeve as my experience has been nothing but exceptional. The standards, service and experience surpass any treatment I have recieved in the UK. Grateful. Thankful is what I felt for each of the professionals who made my dream come true. The receptionists gave me full support before and after the surgery. They chose the best hotel. I had the most amazing experience with Dr Gorkem Atsal and all of his nurses, from the first message I sent them to having the surgery and 1 year later still being checked on to make sure the healing process went as planned. My nose is amazing and I honestly wouldn’t choose anywhere else for my rhinoplasty surgery. High recommend.

I had a mommy makeover (breast implants with lift, tummy tuck, 360 lipo) and a rhinoplasty at the same time with Dr. Bali. I'm about 3 months post-op and have been really happy with my experience and results so far. He's an excellent doctor, who is extremely knowledgeable, approachable and made me feel calm throughout the whole surgical process. Waiting time was quick and efficient. Aftercare treatment and facilities were excellent. Nursing staff were incredibly friendly and attentive especially Myra, everyone is super friendly.I highly recommend Dr. Bali. I'm not one for writing reviews but I know I did a ton of research before landing on Bali Clinic in Istanbul. Hopefully this helps people who are researching now. You will not be disappointed.

Last year I had a mommy makeover with Dr Tummy Tuck, BBL, Breast Reduction. Next year I am planning to come for face surgeries. He said at the same time it's too many surgeries. I sent 3 of my family members. I trust 100%

I cannot fault FlyHealth and my surgeon Dr Banu Aksoy. I just went back for my second round of skin removal (August 23 for breast uplift and Fleur de Li's tummy tuck, with liposuction) with the company and surgeon. My first surgery was an extended arm lift and extended thigh lift (August 22). Nothing is too much trouble and you are never made to feel stupid for asking a question. Dr Banu is so kind and gentle and puts your mind at ease, explaining everything so you know exactly what's happening. The flyhealth admin and whatsapp teams are very kind and helpful. I have felth thought my experience that all involved really care for your wellbeing and are so helpful, supportive and kind. I would not hesitate to recommend (and have done so to many friends and family!)

I cannot emphasize enough how highly I recommend Dr. Afet. Her meticulous attention to detail shines through in her work. Not only did her pre-care conversations help to put me at ease, they gave me the best possible results in the end. I wanted a serious breast reduction, Dr Afet managed my expectations about the size I could achieve at the weight I was and guided me through what I would need to do to achieve my goals. I'm 51 years old and I'm glad that I finally had a rhinoplasty surgery by Dr. Ferhat one week ago. I was really nervous for the surgery, but the doctor told me not to worry. I got my rhinoplasty done with Dr Durukan and my experience could not have possibly been any better. From the second teoman collected us from the airport, to Nehir checking to make sure I was okay every day, to the actual surgery with Dr Durukan everything was 10/10. They were so professional, so friendly and such lovely people. My nose looks a million times better and I haven’t even seen the full results yet. I was quite hesitant to travel to Turkey for my gastric sleeve surgery. I had excellent care from every one of the teams at health direct the time I arrived. I had a fantastic day with my host, Ezgi, and I had a very early meeting with my surgeon. He was really cheerful, which made me feel at ease. Every day he came to see how I was doing. I advise everyone to visit the health direct if they are getting a gastric sleeve.
