Dr Umut Riza Gunduz is a compassionate and skilled surgeon and I can not fault the care he provided. From the initial consultation to my aftercare following surgery. Dr Umut speaks English and tries his best to explain the process and answers any questions or queries you may have with professionalism and care. The nurses at Termessos are empathetic and highly skilled. I had zero pain from cannulation, to the bloods to incision care. They are a friendly and exceptionally hard working team. The hospital is big and spacious. The private room exceeded my expectations. All this was possible thanks to CatchLife Obesity. Tunahan was my coordinator and no question went unanswered he was available on hand at the drop of a text and call for any queries I had. Tunahan is incredibly informative, helpful and courteous and he made sure everything ran smoothly from the airport transport to my discharge. Arina at CatchLife was my field coordinator she was incredibly supportive and put me at ease through my tests and surgery. She has the biggest heart and instantly makes you feel you have known her a life time. Arina made sure I had everything I needed along with her colleague Wemma. Wemma greeted me at the airport with the friendliest welcome and the driver was so helpful. I would highly recommend CatchLife for the gastric sleeve as my experience has been nothing but exceptional. The standards, service and experience surpass any treatment I have recieved in the UK. Everything went perfect and smoothly from beginning to the end. Amazing contact with my surgery coordinator Aslì who was very helpful all the way through. She answered all my questions at any time of day or night and provided great support. I was able to take a companion with me what was included in the price and it's also included pick up and drop of to the airport. Hospital staff was very kind and professional and surgery went smoothly. I felt very well looked after on every step of the way. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone.

Amazed at the level of care and hospitality given by Irem and those at the hospital. Am shocked at how efficient everything was and no time was wasted between the procedures and seeing the Dr. Everyone was extremely helpful and Irem was with us every step of the way and took tremendous care of us. She took care of everything for us. From the endoscopy, colonoscopy, ultrasound, blood tests, and pharmacy visit she was with us every step of the way and even recommended shops near our hotel to purchase food and the diet needed for these procedures. She is a gem. The hospital was immaculate.

I have been to this clinic twice this year. Once in May for a gastric sleeve, lost 5 stone. DR MANI did an operation, fantastic surgeon. Then I had 2nd operation on 2nd November 2022. Fantastic surgeon, DR SEMMA. I'm extremely pleased with my nose. I always hated my nose, broke it on 22/12/21. I wished I'd had this done many years ago. The staff at this hospital are fantastic, very caring, and keep you pain free. On hand 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Answer you immediately or that day, any question you have. Very highly recommended if you want private. Much cheaper than UK. Better quality care too. Nothing is never too much for them. Will answer all questions. Great advice, before and after care to. NHS IN ENGLAND JUST LEFT ME, despite lots of calls, going to doctors, just kept saying I was on a waiting list 11 months later.

A hospital rated 10. I was operated on last year, I am very well. The doctor and the team are very professional, very good conditions, cleanliness. The nurses and all the staff are very good. Every hour they came to me and asked me if I was ok. I have nothing but words of praise. Success.

I am now 1 week and 2 days post op and I am feeling great! I have had a mini TT and 360 lipo and also went with my friend who had breast uplift with 360 lipo. The service and whole experience have been amazing! I have never felt so looked after! I have had multiple surgeries in the UK and the aftercare and experience have been so much better with Clinic Europe. Anywhere we needed to go, we sent a text and the driver was there! Appointments were arranged and the driver was there. The room service was incredible and the room was so cosy and clean for our recovery, ozgun was at the hotel daily to visit and change our dressings and was available for anything we needed, she is so sweet 😊 Hazel was our host and organised everything for us and anything we needed she organised. It was so nice to speak to our surgeon beforehand as he spoke very good English! Although the hospital staff could not speak good English. But the night nurse we had during our hospital stay was so lovely! She cared for our needs and we felt so looked after! The hospital was clean and comfortable for our stay and overall the whole experience has been fantastic! I would 100% recommend this place and will defo be returning for future surgeries, thank you so much, guys. P.S.
