From start to finish I found the staff and the experience with Clinics United to be fantastic. They welcomed myself and my companion at the airport and looked after everything. Before I arrived in Turkey I spoke with Alexandra, she was great, very friendly and informative. She was able to answer all my questions. Our translator and guide while whilst we were there Damla was truly a delight. She helped us through the whole procedure and afterwards showed us around parts of Antalya. The doctors and the staff at the Medical Park facility were very lovely and answered all questions and helped with everything. The care continues afterwards and I am still in contact with the clinic who answers every query and checks up on me regularly. I highly recommend this clinic, they were truly fantastic at every turn.

Medhera Health and its team truly exceeded my expectations. Despite being a high-risk case due to my heart condition, I received exceptional care every step of the way. From unwavering moral support to effective pain relief and attentive post-operative observation, everything was impeccable. The doctor at Medhera, Tolunay the interpreter, the wonderful dietitian, and the dedicated nurses were all incredible individuals who went above and beyond. Fantastic service from the start. Everything explained / options given face to face before the procedure. All medical checks carried out before the procedure in great detail. Dr is fantastic and knowledgeable. Excellent bed side manner from the nursing team. No language barriers etc. Attention to detail good. Follow up from medical team after the procedure and Dr continues to touch base / follow up. I would recommend Dr S to friends and family.

I went to have a blepharoplasty upper and lower because I had very droopy eyelids and it was bothering me. From the minute I got into contact with the clinic I knew that was the one for me. Excellent communication and easy to arrange an appointment. When we arrived the driver picked us up from our hotel and he was so kind helping us with our luggage and the inside of the car was stunning and he took us to the clinic. All of the nurses at the clinic were so kind and smiley it felt very welcoming. The doctor who did my surgery was amazing he was so confident and made me feel at ease with the whole process. And my surgery felt like it went great. The rest of the days I relaxed and got to explore Antalya and my last appointment when they took my stitching out I felt very relaxed and welcomed! The surgery went great and healing was easy I feel like a new woman couldn’t recommend this clinic more!!!! Massive thank you to the whole team you were amazing!

A hospital rated 10. I was operated on last year, I am very well. The doctor and the team are very professional, very good conditions, cleanliness. The nurses and all the staff are very good. Every hour they came to me and asked me if I was ok. I have nothing but words of praise. Success.
