I got my hair transplant done at TETIK HEALTH 3 months ago on the recommendation of my colleague. I flew from Hong Kong to Istanbul. Ms. Serap answered all my questions and was really informative. She welcomed me at the airport and I was taken to a five-star hotel in the center of Istanbul. The hotel was really clean and the employees were very kind. The next day, I was picked up from the hotel to the clinic for my hair transplant operation. It was important to me that the operating room was hygienic. Everything was as said. The doctor and team were very professional. Sapphire FUE 4500 graft was transplanted with the recommendation of the doctor. I stayed in Istanbul for a week because my flight was so long. Hi I would really like to thank this clinics for my hair transplant from the get-go . This whole experience was daunting at first but with the way they informed me at each stage was excellent. I had gone there by myself which was scary alone but it never felt like I was alone due to Ghufran she was in contact at every stage or if I needed or ask about anything. I will highly recommend this clinic from every angle. Even when I'm back in London their after care is brilliant. Still stay in touch where I did think once I come back that's it but no, still in contact. I had my gastric sleeve surgery on Sep 16th. Everything went very well. I had in the morning all ultrasound scans, X-ray, some blood tests, gastroscopy under sedation. The hospital is spotless, nurses very attentive. Tolunay, the coordinator/translator, is perfect, very helpful. Mrs. Elif is always texting me on WhatsApp. My partner was with me, and he speaks Turkish, so it was easier. That's why I would recommend Medhera Clinic. Thanks a lot.

Every member of the team I encountered was completely lovely and reassuring. Before the procedure, I was very anxious and expecting a traumatic experience. The surgeon made me feel completely at ease and comfortable within seconds of entering the room. I have never felt so relaxed at any sort of healthcare appointment/consultation. It's been emotional !! By the time I opened the email from Surgery Group I had already paid a deposit with another clinic. Surgery Group quoted me over 2k less than the other clinic so I decided to forfeit my deposit and go with them. The first thing that they did was arrange a consultation with the surgeon. This was a first and it was great to speak to the surgeon who would be doing my procedure, rather than a salesman. I had lots of questions and my patient coordinator Jake clearly does not sleep as he was on hand anytime I asked. Jake gave me some past patients to speak to and this really put my mind at ease. I was pretty nervous on the day but Dr Ahmad and the technicians were brilliant from the moment I arrived. Jake has kept in touch since my procedure and has helped with my ongoing hair loss. Don't book a hair transplant without speaking to the Surgery Group. it's an education and saved me 2k.

They came to my hotel 72km away to pick me up. The opreation went very smooth and they explained every process in English with a very nice American translator who was present the whole time. I was droped off after the operation. Well Done. They have done a very good job. 3500 graft in 1 day. Before I went to another clinic and they asked me to come twice for the same operation which this clinic did in one day.
